Կեղծ անձնագիր ձեռք բերած ՀՀ քաղաքացին մեքենայի բեռնախցիկում թաքնվելով փորձել է հատել ՀՀ սահմանը. 3 հոգու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

ՀՀ քաղաքացին մեքենայի բեռնախցում թաքնվելու միջոցով փորձել է հատել հայ-վրացական սահմանի Բագրատաշեն անցակետը: Երեք քաղաքացու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Գործի նախաքննություն ավարտվել և հունիսի 23-ին ուղարկվել է Բերդի դատարան՝ մակագրվելով դատավոր Սամվել Մարդանյանին:

Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Թենգիզ Ագասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2014թ դեկտեմբերի 24-ին վերադարձի վկայականով ՌԴ-ից վերադառնալով ՀՀ, այնուհետև զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափելու համար, 2017թ ձմռան ամիսների ընթացքում ՌԴ մեկնելու մտադրությամբ, այլ անձի կենսորոշիչ տվյալներով անձնագիր ձեռք բերելու և այն օգտագործելու նպատակով, դիմել է Արմավիրի մարզի Դալարիկ գյուղի բնակիչ Արթուր Վարդգեսյանցին:

Նա նախապես պայմանավորվել է, որ անձնագիրը տալուց հետո դրա դիմաց պետք է վճարի 600 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Այնուհետև 2017թ մարտի 1-ին Թենգիս Ագասյանը հանդիպել է Արթուրին և վերջինիս ստացել Վահագն Տոնապետյանի կենսորոշիչ տվյալներով կեղծ անձնագիր: Դրանից հետո Արթուրը կապվել դեպի ՌԴ ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնող Հարություն Գալստյանի հետ և պայմանավորվել Թենգիզ Ագասյանի փոխադրման վերաբերյալ, անձամբ ուղեկցելով վերջինիս Աշտարակ քաղաք՝ Հարություն Գալստյանի միկրոավտոբուսով Վրաստան ուղևորվելու համար:

Թենգիզ Ագասյանը, 2017թ մարտի 1-ին վարորդ Հարություն Գալստյանի օգնությամբ թաքնվելով ավտոմեքենայի բեռնախցիկում, նույն օրը փորձել է ապօրինի հատել ՀՀ պահպանվող պետական սահմանը, սակայն սահմանային հսկողությունն անցնելիս հանցագործությունը բացահայտվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ԱԶ Բագրատաշեն ՍՎԲ աշխատակցի կողմից:

Թենգիս Ագասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 34-329 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Արթուր Վարդգեսյանցին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2017թ ձմռան ամիսներին Արմավիրի մարզի Մարգարա գյուղի բնակիչ Թենգիզ Ագասյանի հետ համաձայնության է եկել և 600 ԱՄՆ դոլարի դիմաց Թենգիզ Ագասյանին իրացրել է՝ այլ անձի կենսորոշիչ տվյալներով պատրաստված, իրավունք վերապահող ակնհայտ կեղծ փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող ՀՀ քաղաքացու անձնագիր և օժանդակել Թենգիզ Ագասյանին առանց պատշաճ թույլտվության ՀՀ պահպանվող պետական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելուն:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 38-34-329 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Հարություն Գալստյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 38-34-329 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Նրանց նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
