: ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման ևզարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը հունիսի 26-ին աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Վայոց ձորի  մարզ` Հայաստանում վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումների գործընթացին վերաբերող հարցերի քննարկման նպատակով: Այս մասին Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Մարզպետ  Հարություն Սարգսյանի  ուղեկցությամբ Վ. Տերտերյանն այցելել է խոշորացված Վայք և Զառիթափ համայնքներ,  հանդիպել համայնքների ղեկավարների,  ավագանու անդամների,  համայնքների աշխատակազմերի և բնակավայրերի   վարչական ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Հանդիպումների ժամանակ Վ. Տերտերյանը  ներկայացրել է ՏԻ ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների գործընթացի անցումային փուլի առանձնահատկությունները, հաջորդող փուլի առաջնայնություններն ու հիմնահարցերը և դրանց աստիճանական լուծմանը միտված քայլերը:

Բնակավայրերի վարչական ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց հերթին նշել են, որ համայնքների  խոշորացման արդյունքնում ոչ մի բնակավայրում որևէ խնդիր չի ավելացել, որևէ ծրագիր անավարտ չի մնացել: Ավելին՝ ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման համար համաֆինանսավորման գումարների ապահովման   հնարավորությունները մեծացել են:

Մասնավորապես, «Գումարված ջանքեր, բազմապատկված արդյունքներ»  ծրագրով Վայք համայնքը ձեռք է բերել երկու միկրոավտոբուս, որոնցով բնակավայրերի երեխաներին տեղափոխել են Վայք, ապահովելով այդ երեխաների մասնակցությունը քաղաքում գործող  մարզական և  մշակութային խմբակներին: Բացի սոցիալական բաղադրիչից, ծրագրում ներառված գյուղատնտեսության աջակցման բաղադրիչով ձեռք է բերվել փոքր բեռնատար ավտոմեքենա՝ մայրուղուց հեռու գտնվող բնակավայրերում  արտադրված գյուղմթերքը շուկա հասցնելու նպատակով: Ձեռք են բերվել նաև «Բելառուս» մակնիշի տրակտորներ, իսկ  ծրագրի հաջորդ փուլում նախատեսվում է ձեռք բերել  նաև խոտհնձիչ և կալսիչ կցորդներ:

Զառիթափում նույնպես կարևորվել է  համայնքի համեմատաբար մեծ բյուջեով  մի շարք խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորությունը: Կարևորելով թիմային աշխատանքը, Վ. Տերտերյանը նշել է. «Բարեփոխման արդյունքում վարչական ռեսուրսի համատեղումով ծնվում են նորանոր գաղափարներ, իսկ  ֆինանսականռեսուրսերի համատեղումով այդ գաղափարները կյանքի կոչելու և իրականացնելու առավել լայն հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում»: 

Հանդիպումների ավարտին համայնքապետերին  և բնակավայրերի վարչական ներկայացուցիչներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին տրվել են հստակ պարզաբանումներ»:
