ԱՄՆ մուտքի արտոնագրի տրամադրման խստացումը կանդրադառնա նաև Հայաստանի վրա

Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմը հաստատել է ԱՄՆ մուտքի արտոնագրերի համար դիմողների համար նոր հարցաթերթը, որը ներառում է մի շարք նոր կետեր: ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան լրատվական ծառայությունից Tert.am-ին տեղեկացրեցին, որ խստացման կարգն ազդում է նաև ՀՀ-ի վրա:
«Նախագահ Թրամփի 2017թ. մարտի 6-ի մուտքի արտոնագրերի դիմումների քննության և ստուգման բարելավման մասին շրջաբերական գրության հիման ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունն ամբողջ աշխարհում մուտքի արտոնագրի դիմում ներկայացնող անձանցից սկսել է պահանջել հավելյալ տեղեկատվություն այն դեպքերում, երբ հյուպատոսական պաշտոնյան տվյալ անձի ինքնությունը հաստատելու կամ ազգային անվտանգության հարցերի շուրջ ավելի խիստ ստուգում անցկացնելու նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է համարում նման տեղեկատվության տրամադրումը»:
Դեսպանատունը պարզաբանել է, որ իրենց հաշվարկներով այս փոփոխությունը կանդրադառնա աշխարհով մեկ տարեկան դիտարկվող 13 միլիոն մուտքի արտոնագրերի դիմումների մեկ տոկոսի մի չնչին մասի վրա. «Հյուպատոսական պաշտոնյաներն այս հավելյալ տեղեկատվությունը կօգտագործեն միայն ԱՄՆ գործող օրենքների ներքո մուտքի արտոնագրի մերժման հիմք հանդիսացող կետերի հետ կապված տվյալների ստուգման նպատակով: ԱՄՆ օրենքների համաձայն մուտքի արտոնագրի տրամադրումը չի կարող մերժվել ռասայական, կրոնական, էթնիկ, ազգային ծագման, քաղաքական հայացքների, սեռի կամ սեռական կողմնորոշման հիմքով»,- ասված է ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան պատասխանում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոր ընթացակարգի համաձայն՝ հյուպատոսական աշխատակիցները կարող են պահանջել բոլոր նախկին անձնագրերի համարները, հինգ տարվա ընթացքում ունեցած սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերը, էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեները և հեռախոսահամարները, ինչպես նաև 15 տարվա կենսագրական տվյալներ՝ ներառյալ հասցեներ, աշխատանքի և կատարած ճանապարհորդությունների մասին տեղեկություններ:
