Եվրախորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում Հայաստանի պատվիրակության նախագահ, ԵԽԽՎ փոխնախագահ ընտրված Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը Ստրասբուրգում կոչ է արել հավաքական պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել կառույցի նկատմամբ և քայլեր ձեռնարկել կաշառակերության գործով ծագած սկանդալի բացահայտման համար:

«Ինձ համար շատ խորհրդանշական պահ է, քանի որ սա իմ առաջին ելույթն է որպես ԵԽԽՎ-ում Հայաստանի պատվիրակության ղեկավար: Շատ ուրախ եմ վերադառնալ վեհաժողով: Ես աշխատել եմ այստեղ 3,5 տարի, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ես ԵԽԽՎ-ում նոր անդամ չեմ»,- նշել է Հովհաննիսյանը: Այդուհանդերձ նա մտահոգություն է հայտնել այն փաստի առնչությամբ, որ օրակարգում ներառված «Առաջընթացի զեկույցում» ընդգրկված է ԵԽԽՎ նախագահ Պեդրո Ագրամունտի նկատմամբ անվստահության հարցը, կոռուպցիոն սկանդալն ու այդ գործով սկսված հետաքննությունը:

 «Այժմ մենք առերեսվել ենք մի իրականության, որտեղ բոլորը կարող են խոսել մի մարդու մասին, ով այս վեհաժողովում ունի զրոյական վստահություն: Բոլորը կարող են փաստել, որ նա չունի արժանահավատություն, բոլորը կարող են պնդել, որ նա կաշառակեր է և ներգրավված է մի շարք գործողություններում, որոնք հակասում ենք ԵԽԽՎ արժեքներին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց ԵԽԽՎ-ում Հայաստանի պատվիրակության ղեկավարը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ ԵԽԽՎ նախագահի կասկածելի գործողությունների հետևանքով կառույցում վստահության ճգնաժամ է սկսվել: Հովհաննիսյանն այս  իրադրությունն անընդունելի և անհանդուրժելի է անվանել՝՝ կոչ անելով ոչ միայն խոսել դրա մասին, այլև գործի անցնել:

«Հարգարժան գործընկերներ, մենք ժառանգել ենք այս վեհաժողովը երկու քաղաքական գործիչներից՝ որպես ժողովրդավարության օրրան, նրանցից, ովքեր իսկապես գնահատում էին այս արժեքները, և այժմ մենք պետք է ստանձնենք պատասխանատվություն այս արժեքների համար: Մենք ենք այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ձևավորում ենք վեհաժողովի դեմքը: Հետևաբար մենք պետք է որոշենք, թե ով պետք է ներկայացնի այն, ով կարող է վեհաժողովի անունից քայլեր ձեռնարկել: Եվ դա նշանակում է, որ մենք պետք է ցույց տանք մեր դիրքորոշումն այդ մարդու նկատմամբ:

Եզրափակելով՝ ցանկանում եմ գործի անցնելու կոչ անել: Կամ մենք հավաքական պատասխանատվություն ենք ստանձնում ԵԽԽՎ նկատմամբ, կամ ԵԽԽՎ նկատմամբ մեր վերաբերմունքը փոխվում է, և մենք դրան սկսում ենք վերաբերվել ոչ թե որպես ժողովրդավարության օրրանի, այլ միայն մի շարք զեկուցողների կարծիքի արտահայտման վայրի: Մենք պետք է իսկապես հասկանանք, որ սա շատ կարևոր է բոլորիս համար»,- հայտարարել է Հովհաննիսյանը:
