Եվրոպայի խորհրդում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչությունը մասնակցել է «Արցախի ձայներ» երագչախմբի համերգին

ԵԽ-ում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցչությունը հունիսի 23-ին մասնակցեց «Արցախի ձայներ» երգչախմբի համերգին, որը տեղի ունեցավ Ստրասբուրգի մերձակա Գերմանիայի Քել քաղաքում: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Համերգից առաջ Եվրոպայի խորհրդում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանն իր և Գերմանիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Աշոտ Սմբատյանի անունից հանդես եկավ ողջույնի խոսքով, որում մասնավորապես նշեց, որ տվյալ համերգով մեկնարկ է տրվում «Արցախի ձայներ» համույթի հերթական եվրոպական շրջագայությանը, և այն բացառիկ հնարավորություն է ընձեռում օրվա հանդիսատեսին` ծանոթանալու երգչախմբի արվեստին և գնահատելու այն: 

Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանն ընդգծեց, որ «Արցախի ձայներ» երգչախմբի գործունությունը, որն օրեցօր աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում նոր բեմեր է նվաճում, կրկնակի նպատակի է ծառայում` համայն ճանաչման հասցնելու արցախահայ երգարվեստն ու մշակույթը, ինչպես նաև դրանց միջոցով լսելի դարձնելու հայրենիքում խաղաղ ապրելու և արարելու՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի կամքն ու իրավունքը: 

Ավարտելով իր խոսքը` ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը նոր բարձունքներ մաղթեց երիտասարդ տաղանդների բացահայտման և կայացման ինքնատիպ դարբնոց հանդիսացող «Արցախի ձայներ»-ին:

Համերգին ներկա էին նաև Ստրասբուրգի և Բադեն-Վյուրթենբերգ երկրամասի հայ համայնքի անդամներ, տեղական իշխանությունների ներկայացուչիչներ:
