Երեկ ժամը 11:08-ին Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ ԱԻ դեպարտամենտից նախնական տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Թբիլիսի-Գարդաբանի ավտոճանապարհի 35-րդ կմ-ին Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղին իրականացնող «Scania» մակնիշի 97 DT 777am պետհամարանիշով ավտոբուսը (վարորդ՝ Արա Հովհաննիսյան) բախվել է «Nissan Tiida» մակնիշի IL100KA պետհամարանիշով ավտոմեքենային (վարորդ՝ Էթերի Գավաշելիշվիլի):

ՀՀ ԱԻՆ լրատվական ծառայության հաղորդմամբ, ժամը 13:04-ին Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ ԱԻ դեպարտամենտից տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ ՃՏՊ-ն տեղի է ունեցել Թբիլիսի-Մառնեուլի ավտոճանապարհին՝ Տսալասկուրի գյուղի մոտակայքում. Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղին իրականացնող ավտոբուսը (58 ուղևոր, 2 վարորդ) բախվել է Nissan Tiida մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային. ավտոբուսը կողաշրջվել է:

Ավտոբուսի ուղևորներ` 1957 թ. ծնված Մարգարիտա Մարտիրոսյանը և 1957 թ. ծնված Բարբարա Պետրոսյանը տեղափոխվել են Մառնեուլի քաղաքի ԲԿ, որտեղ ստանալով համապատասխան բուժօգնություն դուրս են գրվել, իսկ 1939 թ. ծնված Մարգարիտա Կիրիևան՝ նույն քաղաքի «Ավերսի» հիվանդանոց, որտեղ բժիշկները տուժածի առողջական վիճակը գնահատել են ծանր:

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ ավտոբուսը պատկանում է «Ալբերտ տուր» ընկերությանը: Ընկերությունը մասնակցել է Երևան–Բրյանսկ ուղղությամբ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու համար հայտարարված մրցույթին: Սակայն վթարված ավտոբուսը ներգրավված չի եղել մրցույթին ներկայացված տրասնպորտային միջոցների ցանկում։ Այն անօրինական ուղևորափոխադրում է իրականացրել։

Դրանից բացի, գործունեության ընթացքում ընկերությունը թույլ է տվել մի շարք խախտումներ, որոնց համար ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության տրանսպորտային տեսչության կողմից 2017թ. մայիսի 23-ին տուգանվել է 450 հազար դրամով, իսկ հունիսի 13-ին՝ 900 հազար դրամով։
