Այսօր Վրաստանում վթարված ավտոբուսը ներգրավված չի եղել մրցույթին ներկայացված տրասնպորտային միջոցների ցանկում: Այն անօրինական ուղևորափոխադրում է իրականացրել: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունը: 

Ավտոբուսը պատկանում է «Ալբերտ տուր» ընկերությանը: 

Ընկերությունը մասնակցել է Երևան–Բրյանսկ ուղղությամբ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու համար հայտարարված մրցույթին: Սակայն վթարված ավտոբուսը ներգրավված չի եղել մրցույթին ներկայացված տրասնպորտային միջոցների ցանկում։ Այն անօրինական ուղևորափոխադրում է իրականացրել։ 

Դրանից բացի, գործունեության ընթացքում ընկերությունը թույլ է տվել մի շարք խախտումներ, որոնց համար ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության տրանսպորտային տեսչության կողմից 2017թ. մայիսի 23-ին տուգանվել է 450 հազար դրամով, իսկ հունիսի 13-ին՝ 900 հազար դրամով։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ը տեղեկություն էր ստացել, որ Թբիլիսի-Գարդաբանի ավտոճանապարհի 35-րդ կմ-ին Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղին իրականացնող «Scania» մակնիշի 97 DT 777am պետհամարանիշով ավտոբուսը, որը վարել է Ա. Հ.-ն, բախվել է «Nissan Tiida» մակնիշի IL100KA պետհամարանիշով ավտոմեքենային, ում վարորդն ազգությամբ վրացի Էթերի Գավաշելիշվիլիին է: 

Դեպքին ականատես ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ ավելի շատ շոկային իրավիճակ էր, քան ֆիզիկական վնասվածքներ ստանալու.

«Կողաշրջված ավտոբուսը լիքն էր ուղևորներով, վախեցած էին, սակայն պատմում էին, որ վարորդի հմտության արդյունքում խուսափել են խոշոր վթարից»: Ավելի ուշ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ը հայտնեց, որ ավտոբուսի վթարից կան տուժածներ՝ ավտոբուսի ուղևորներից կան տուժածներ՝ Մարգարիտա Մարտիրոսյան (60 տ), Բարբարա Պետրոսյան (60 տ) և Մարգարիտա Կիրիևա (78 տ):
