Դպրոցների օպտիմալացման ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում ուսուցիչների զանգվածային կրճատում չի լինի։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում վստահեցրել է կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը։
«Մասայական կրճատումների հարց չի լինի։ Նվազագույնը 300 աշակերտի վրա ենք կանգ առել, ինչու, որովհետեւ դպրոցում յուրաքանչյուր տարիքից մի դասարան պիտի լինի։ Օրինակ, հիմնական դպրոցում պետք է լինի ինը դասարան՝ 22 աշակերտով, դրան գումարած զարգացման տեղ, այսինքն՝ եթե ուզում ենք ստանանք արդյունք գոնե 300 հոգի աշակերտ ունեցող դպրոց լինի, դա կարող է որակ ապահովել։ Հիմա ունենք դպրոցներ նույն Երեւան քաղաքում, որ 34 տոկոսով թերբեռնված են եւ ունենք դպրոցներ, որ ավելի քան 30 տոոկոսով գերբեռնված են, եթե մենք երկրորդ հերթը հանենք եւ հնարավարություն տանք այդ կոնտիգենտը գնա թերբեռնված դպրոցներ, կստանանք արդյունք»,–ասել է նախարարը։
Նա նշել է, որ օպտիմալացման գործընթացը սկսվելու է Երեւանից, որտեղ նաեւ հեշտ լուծվելու է ուսուցիչներին աշխատանքով ապահովելու հարցը։
«Ուսուցիչը աշակերտի հետ է տեղափոխվում, այսինքն՝ կրճատման մասսայական խնդիր չի լինի։ Առայժմ խոսում ենք մայրաքաղաքի դպրոցների մասին, որովհետեւ հեշտ է այստեղ խնդիրը լուծել։ Յուրաքանչյուր դպրոցի հնարավարություն ենք տալիս մինչեւ 2020–2022 թվականներ, որ մշակի այնպիսի քաղաքականություն այն իմաստով, որ այդ ժամանակահատվածում դպրոցում աշակերտների քանակը հասնի 300 աշակերտի։ Եթե տեսնենք, որ դպրոցում աշակերտների թիվը աճում է, ուրեմն լավ է, իսկ եթե նվազում է, ուրեմն այդ դպրոցը կենսունակությունը կորցնում է»։
Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը վստահեցրել է, որ ամեն ինչ անելու են, որ ուսուցիչների զանգվածային կրճատում չլինի, իսկ փոքրաթիվ կրճատվողների հարցը կլուծեն փոխհատուցում տրամադրելով։
«Կփորձենք աշխատանքով ապահովել կամ փոխհատուցում կտրամադրենք՝ 5–6 ամսվա աշխատվարձի չափով։ Չեմ կարծում, որ տարիներ առաջվա հազարավոր կրճատումների պանիկա կլինի»։
