Ճաշ – մեկ բաժակ յոգուրտ, 300 գրամ խաշած հավի կրծքամիս

Ընթրիք – 200 գրամ խաշած հավի կրծքամիս, 1 խաշած հավկիթ, 1 նարինջ

Երեքշաբթի

Նախաճաշ – 2 թերխաշ հավկիթ և 1 բաժակ կիտրոնաջուր

Ճաշ – 200 գրամ շոգեխաշած ձուկ և 1 թուրինջ

Ընթրիք – 3 պինդ խաշած հավկիթ

Չորեքշաբթի

Նախաճաշ – 2 թերխաշ հավկիթ, 1 բաժակ նարնջի հյութ

Ճաշ – 200 գրամ խաշած կամ շոգեխաշած տավարի միս և բանջարեղեն, 1 նարինջ

Ընթրիք – 3 պինդ խաշած հավկիթ

Նախաճաշ – 3 հավկիթից պատրաստված օմլետ կանաչիով, սուրճ կաթով

Ճաշ – 200 գրամ խաշած տավարի միս, 1 նարինջ

Ուրբաթ

Նախաճաշ – 2 պինդ խաշած հավկիթ, գազարից պատրաստված աղցան թթվասերով

Ճաշ – 2 գազար և 1 նարինջ

Ընթրիք – 1 պինդ խաշած հավկիթ և 200 գրամ շոգեխաշած ձուկ

Նախաճաշ – 2 թերխաշ հավկիթ, կես նարինջ

Ճաշ – 200 գրամ եփած տավարի միս, կես նարինջ, 1 խնձոր

Ընթրիք – 1 բաժակ կեֆիր

Այս սննդակարգին հետևելու ժամանակ հարկավոր է խմել շատ ջուր, կանաչ թեյ առանց շաքարավազի, սուրճ։ Կարելի է ճաշատեսակների մեջ ավելացնել տարատեսակ համեմունքներ, դա շատ կարևոր է։ Համեմունքները ոչ միայն լավացնում են ուտելիքի համը, այլ նաև օգնում են ակտիվացնել օրգանիզմի նյութափոխանակությունը։

Մեկ շաբաթվա համար նախատեսված այս սննդակարգին հստակ հետևելու դեպքում ավելորդ կիլոգրամները շատ արագ «կհեռանան»։
