«Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ Արայիկ Խանդոյանին 5 օրով պատժախուց տանելով՝ ցանկանում են    կաշկանդել եւ ճնշում գործադրել. Կարծում է նրա պաշտպան  Արայիկ Պապիկյանը: Վերջինս անդրադառնում է օրերս Արայիկ Խանդոյանի մոտ «արգելված իր»՝ գումար հայտնաբերելու փաստին, ինչի արդյունքում Խանդոյանը տեղափոխվել է պատժախուց։

«Նույն պատիժը պետը կարող էր սահմանել  մեկ կամ երկու օր ժամկետով: Ինքը 5 օր պատիժ է սահմանել՝ ցույց տալով, որ պատժի ողջ խստությամբ պիտի նրա հետ վարվեն: Բուժմասում գտնվող հիվանդին, որը խիստ  արտառոց ոչ մի բան չի կատարել, հակաօրինական վարք չի դրսեւորել՝ կարող էին գրավոր նկատողություն հայտարարել»,- «Ա1+»-ին ասաց պաշտպանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ «Ձերբակալված եւ կալանավորված անձանց պահելու մասին» օրենքը դրամական միջոց, այդ թվում նաեւ՝ բանկային հաշիվներ ունենալը եւ փոխանցումներ կատարելը, չի արգելում, թեեւ հարցը կարգավորվում է ՔԿՀ ներքին կանոնակարգով: «Հիմա ներքին կանոնակարգ կոչվածը Արայիկ Խանդոյանին չեն ծանոթացրել, չեն ներկայացրել: Ես չեմ բացառում, որ ներքին կանոնակարգ թույլ չի տալիս, բայց քանի որ փաստաթուղթը  Արայիկ Խանդոյանին չի ներկայացվել, ինքը ծանոթ չէ, հետեւաբար չներկայացված փաստաթղթին հղում են կատարում եւ խախտում դիտարկում: Դա անընդունելի է»,- ավելացրեց  պաշտպան Արայիկ Պապիկյանը:

 Պաշտպանը չի բացառում, որ գումարը Արայիկ Խանդոյանը իր հետ վերցրած լիներ  ջուր  կամ դեղ գնելու համար. «Հնարավոր է՝ դատավորից թույլտվություն ստանար  եւ խնդրեր իրեն դեղ եւ ջուր տային կամ գուցե ծխախոտ ձեռք բերելու համար, հաշվի առնելով նախորդ դատական նիստը , երբ բերում են դատարան,  ժամեր շարունակ սոված, առանց բժշկական հսկողության, առանց ջուր տրամադրելու: Ամբողջ օրը պահել են, ջուր չեն տվել, դեղամիջոցներ են իրեն պետք, որը չեն տվել»:

 Արայիկ Խանդոյանը պատժախցից դուրս կգա  վաղը երեկոյան: Նրա ինքնազգացողությունը լավ է:

 «Պատժախցից դուրս գալուց մեկ երկու օր հետո կրկին դատարան պետք է բերեն, սա  հստակ հետապնդման ձեւ է»,- ավելացնում է պաշտպան Արայիկ Պապիկյանը:
