Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) պատվիրակությունը և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունն ավարտել են ազատ առևտրի գոտի ձևավորելու մասին ժամանակավոր համաձայնագրի տեքստի մշակման վրա տարվող աշխատանքները: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանն ասաց, որ այս գործընթացը պետք է գնահատել դրական, որովհետև համաձայնության կայացման գործում դերակատարություն է ունեցել Հայաստանը:
Վարդան Ոսկանյանն ասաց, որ Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ կողմից ոչ պաշտոնապես, բայց մատնանշված է եղել Իրանի հետ գործընկերային կապերը խորացնող կողմ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ համաձայնագիրն ամեն դեպքում՝ անկախ նրանից ժամանակավոր է այն, թե ոչ, կնպաստի հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների ավելի ու ավելի մերձեցմանը:
«Ակնհայտ է, որ մեր երկրին նման համաձայնագրերը ձեռնտու են, որովհետև Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ կազմում միակ պետությունն է, որը ցամաքային սահման ունի Իրանի հետ: Իսկ Իրանը նաև պետություն է, որը պատրաստվում է ազատ տնտեսական գոտի ստեղծել Մեղրիում: Սա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանն առանցքային դերակատարություն ունի ոչ միայն հայ-իրանական, այլև՝ Իրան-ԵԱՏՄ համագործակցության ենթատեքստում»,- ասաց Վարդան Ոսկանյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հանգամանքին, որ կողմերը ժամանակավոր համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում համաձայնեցրել են 200 անուն ապրանք, որոնք կներկրեն ու կարտահանեն առանց մաքսատուրքի, Ոսկանյանն ասաց, որ սա հնարավորություն կտա հատկապես ԵԱՏՄ անդամ-երկրներին, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանին, մուտք գործել դեպի իրանական շուկա:
«Հայաստանը և Իրանը երկկողմ հարաբերությունների մակարդակով էլ այս խնդիրը քննարկում են, հաջողություններ գրանցել են: Բայց ԵԱՏՄ-Իրան հարթության մեջ ավելի լայն հնարավորություններ են բացվում, որից Հայաստանը կարող է օգտվել: Հայաստանը միայն շահավետ դիրքեր է ձեռքբերելու»,- նկատեց իրանագետը:
Բացի այդ, Վարդան Ոսկանյանի խոսքով, Հայաստանը շահագրգռված է Իրան-ԵԱՏՄ ազատ առևտրի գոտու ստեղծմամբ, որովհետև հետապնդում է ևս մեկ կարևոր գործոն՝ գրավել իրանական ներդրողի ուշադրությունը: «Ստեղծվում է մի տարածք, որտեղ իրանական ներդրողները կունենան արտոնյալ պայմաններով ներդրումներ կատարելու հնարավորություն»,- ավելացրեց Ոսկանյանը:
Իսկ համագործակցության օգուտները, իրանագետի խոսքով, Հայաստանում զգացվում են և դեռ զգացվելու են:
Նշենք, որ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն առաջիկայում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը կշարունակի բանակցությունները ապրանքների շուկայի փոխադարձ հասանելիությունն ազատականացնելու վերաբերյալ: Կողմերը պետք է համաձայնեցնեն նաև սակագնային պարտավորությունները:
