ՔԿՀ-ում մահացած դատապարտյալի գործով նշանակված փորձաքննության պատասխանները հայտնի են

«Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում մահացած դատապարտյալ Հրաչյա Գեւորգյանի գործով նշանակված դատաբժշկական եզրակացության պատասխաններն արդեն հայտնի են: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 23-ին, NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ մահացած դատապարտյալի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Արայիկ Պապիկյանից: Պաշտպանը նշեց, որ դեռ չի հասցրել ծանոթանալ փորձաքննության պատասխաններին, քանի որ դրանց պատասխաններն ստացվել են այսօր:
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից Հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն է ուղարկվել ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի դատապարտյալ Հրաչյա Գեւորգյանի մահվան փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը: Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ Բժշկական օգնություն եւ սպասարկում իրականացնողների կողմից մասնագիտական պարտականությունները չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը:
Հրաչյա Գևորգյանն անազատության մեջ էր գտնվում 2011 թ. եւ ՔԿՀ-ում գտնվելու ժամանակ ձեռք էր բերել բազմաթիվ հիվանդություններ, այդ թվում՝ «պարկինսոնի» հիվանդություն: Նշենք, որ Գեւորգյանը տեղաշարժվում էր սայլակով:
Իրավապաշտպանները բազմիցս ահազանգել են նրա նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունքի մասին, Գեւորգյանը տեւական ժամանակ հացադուլ էր արել, կարել էր բերանը՝ դժգոհելով իր նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի դեմ։ Նա նաեւ հայտարարել էր, թե ՔԿՀ-ում կոռուպցիոն շղթա է գործում։
Հրաչյա Գեւորգյանը բաց նամակում ահազանգել էր ՔԿՀ-ում խոշտանգումների ու ապօրինի դրամահավաքների մասին՝ նշելով կոնկրետ անուններ: Նա նշել էր, որ երկու տարի է՝ ոչ կարողանում է խոսել, ոչ քայլել: Դատապարտյալն ասել էր, որ իրեն մտածված չեն տանում բուժման, որ չբացահայտվի, «մառալնի սովամահ են անում»:
Դատապարտյալը նաեւ ահազանգել էր դրամահավաքության մասին:
«Ամեն հարկն ունի իր օպերն ու ռեժիմնիկը, ամեն ամսվա վերջ ամեն խուցը տալիս ա 100 հազար օպերին, 100 հազար ռեժիմնիկին: Անձամբ ես շատ եմ տվե: Պետը ոտից գլուխ հանցավոր ա, էս պետը՝ Սեդրակ Հարությունյանը, Սմբատ Բուղլադարյանի թայն ա, իրար հետ գործընկերներ են: Ինքը շուտ Ս. Բուղլադարյանին տեղափոխեց ուրիշ տեղ, որ իրենց արած կեղտերը ջրի երես չելնի»,- գրել էր նա:
Հրաչյա Գեւորգյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել փաստացի ամուսնական կապի մեջ գտնվող իր կնոջը առեւանգելու եւ դրամաշորթության մեջ:
