Ի տարբերություն տարածաշրջանային այլ ծրագրերի՝ Հայաստանը էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ոլորտի տարածաշրջանային հանգույցի դերում լինելու նախագիծը կյանքի կոչելու բոլոր նախադրյալները կան. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց իրանագետ Գոհար Իսկանդարյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ այս պահին աշխատանքները շատ ակտիվ գնում են, և մնում է հուսալ, որ մասնակից երկրները խաղի կանոնները ճիշտ կպահպանեն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարությունը տեղեկացրել էր, թե Իրան-Հայաստան և Հայաստան-Վրաստան էլեկտրահաղորդման օդային գծերի կառուցումից և շահագործման հանձնելուց հետո Հայաստանը հանդես կգա էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ոլորտի տարածաշրջանային հաբի (հանգույցի) դերում՝ կապելով Իրանի, Վրաստանի և Ռուսաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգերը։
«Էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի հաջողման դեպքում հնարավորություն կլինի Հայաստան-Իրան էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխանակման ծրագրերը շատ ավելի ակտիվ իրականացնել»,-ասաց Իսկանդարյանը և նշեց, թե ըստ հայտարարությունների՝ Իրան-Հայաստան 400կՎ էլեկտրահաղորդման գիծը և ենթակայանը շահագործման կհանձնվեն 2019թ-ին, ինչը հնարավորություն կընձեռի 3 անգամ ավելացնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխհոսքերը հարևան Իրանի հետ։
Բացի այդ, տեղեկացվել էր, որ մինչև տարեվերջ կառավարությունը մտադիր է սկսել նաև Հայաստան-Վրաստան 400կՎ օդային գծի նախագծման աշխատանքները, որի իրականացման ավարտ է սահմանված 2019 թվականը։
«Դրանցի բացի կա ծրագիր, որը պետք է մեկ գծով կապի Իրանը, Հայաստանը, Վրաստանի միջոցով նաև Ռուսաստանը»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ սա այն հարցն է, որ շահավետ է բոլոր կողմերի համար:
«Հուսամ, որ աշխատանքի կեսից Վրաստանը պարզապես դուրս չի գա խաղից, կամ նրան չեն փորձի խաղից հանել, որովհետև Վրաստանն այս դեպքում առանցքային երկիր է ծրագիրը իրականացնելու համար»,-ասաց նա:
Նման մտավախությունն ըստ Գոհար Իսկանդարյանի պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն Ռուսաստան-Վրաստան հարաբերություններով, այլ որ Ադրբեջանը ևս կփորձի սադրել Վրաստանին դուրս գալ խաղի կանոններից՝ առաջարկելով դրա փոխարեն այլ նախագծեր:
«Իհարկե դա մտավախություն է, բայց այս պահի դրությամբ կարող ենք փաստել, որ ծրագիրը նախատեսված հունով է գնում, քննարկվել է գրեթե 1 տարի, և իմ կարծիքով՝ շատ մեծ շանսեր կան, մնում է՝ խաղի կանոնները ճիշտ պահպանվեն»,-ասաց նա:
