ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը որդեգրել է ֆինանսական միջազգային համակարգի անցնելու քաղաքականություն

Առողջապահության նախարարությունը որդեգրել է ֆինանսական միջազգային համակարգին անցնելու քաղաքականություն։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից: «Դա հնարավորություն կընձեռի նույնականացնել հաշվետվողականության ձևերը, ինչպես նաև դրանք հասանելի և ընկալելի դարձնել միջազգային հարթակներում»,- ԱՆ ենթակայության պետական կազմակերպությունների հաշվապահների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Նելսոն Զուլոյանը։

ՀՀ ԱՆ աշխատակազմի ֆինանսատնտեսագիտական բաժնի պետ Անի Հարությունյանը մանրամասնել է նպատակին հասնելու քայլերը։ Այդ ճանապարհին հաշվապահների գիտելիքների ստուգման և վերապատրաստման ծրագրի շրջանակում ՀՀ ԱՆ ենթակայության պետական 30 կազմակերպության գլխավոր հաշվապահները, ցանկության դեպքում նաև այլ հաշվապահներ, կանցնեն գիտելիքների նախնական ստուգում։ Թեստավորման արդյունքում գերազանց միավոր հավաքած հաշվապահները կազատվեն վերապատրաստման պարտավորությունից:

Անի Հարությունյանն ընդգծել է, որ անցողիկ միավոր հավաքած մասնակիցների ուսուցումն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կկազմակերպվի առանձին, փոքր խմբերով` պայմանավորված մասնակիցների գիտելիքների մակարդակով։

Դասընթացներին կուսուցանեն միջազգային որակավորում ունեցող դասախոսները։

Ծրագրի մասնակիցները կհզորացնեն իրենց գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները հետևյալ ուղղություններով՝ ֆինանսական և կառավարչական հաշվառման հիմնական տարրեր, Աշխատանքային օրենսգիրք, 100% պետական մասնակցությամբ կազմակերպություններում հաշվապահական հաշվառման առանձնահատկություններ, շահաբաժինների հաշվարկ, Ֆինանսական հաշվառման միջազգային ստանդարտներ։

Բանախոսի խոսքով նշված թեմաների իմացությունը խիստ կարևոր է հաշվապահական հաշվառման պահանջվող մակարդակն ապահովելու համար։

Ընդ որում, դասընթացների համար վճարը պետք է կատարեն կազմակերպությունները։

Աշխատանքին զուգընթաց երկամսյա դասընթացներին կհաջորդի գիտելիքների վերջնական ստուգումը։

Վերապատրաստումը հաջողությամբ անցնողները կստանան համապատասխան հավաստագիր։
