Արցախում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել նորածնային սկրինինգ հետազոտություն

Առաջին անգամ Արցախում նախատեսվում է հուլիսի 1-ից իրականացնել նորածնային սկրինինգ հետազոտություն:
Այս մասին «Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՀ «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրի նորածնային սկրինինգ կենտրոնի ղեկավար Իրինա Թովմասյանը և նշել, որ իրենք Ստեփանակերտ և Արցախի շրջաններ են եկել, որ տեղի մանկաբույժների հետ դասընթացներ անցկացնեն, որպեսզի տեղացի մասնագետները ևս կարողանան ինքնուրույն իրականացնեն այդ հետազոտությունը:
«Նորածնային սկրինինգ հետազոտությունը ՀՀ-ում սկսել ենք 2005 թվականից: Բոլոր նորածինների բնածին հիպոթիրեոզի հետազոտություն ենք կատարում, որի միջոցով ստուգվում է վահանաձև գեղձի ֆունկցիան: Արդյունքում պարզ է դառնում՝ հետագայում երեխան մտավոր և ֆիզիկական զարգացման խնդիրներ կունենա՞, թե՞ ոչ:
Նորածնի ծննդից 3 կամ 4 օր անց նորածնի կրունկից վերցրած արյունը կաթացվում է թղթի վրա: Այն ուղարկվում է Երևանի նորածնային սկրինինգային լաբորատորիա, որտեղ էլ իրականացվում է հետազոտությունը,-ասել է Ի. Թովմասյանը և ընդգծել,- Արցախում հետազոտությունն իրականացնելու համար առաջին կես տարին աջակցելու է «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրը, իսկ հետագայում այդ ծախսերը հոգալու է պետությունը»:
Խոսելով հետազոտության կարևորության մասին՝ Ի. Թովմասյանը նաև հավելել է. «Յուրաքանչյուր նորածին արտաքնապես ոչնչով չի տարբերվում առողջ երեխայից, բայց հետազոտության արդյունքում նկատելի են դառնում հիվանդության նշաններ: Եթե կյանքի առաջին ամսվա ընթացքում հայտնաբերվում է հիվանդությունը և սկսում ենք բուժել, այն կանխվում է, չի զարգանում: Այս հետազոտության կարևորությունն այն է, որ հիվանդության վաղ շրջանում հայտնաբերումն ու բուժումն օգնում է, որ հետագայում երեխան դառնա հասարակության լիարժեք անդամ»:
