Տեղի է ունեցել Երևան քաղաքի հասարակական տրանսպորտի համակարգի բարեփոխումների մասնագիտական աշխատանքային խմբի երկրորդ նիստը, որը վարել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը։

Քննարկվել են խորհրդատու կազմակերպության նախորդ հաշվետվության մասին մասնագիտական խմբի դիտարկումները, ինչպես նաև ներկայացվել են ավտոբուսային նոր երթուղային ցանցի, ինտեգրված սակագնի և տոմսային համակարգի մասին գնումների ընթացակարգերի վերաբերյալ առաջարկներ։ Խորհրդատու կազմակերպությունը, որպես ուղենիշ, դիտարկել է տեղական իրավական դաշտի առանձնահատկությունները, առկա ռեսուրսները, ինչպես նաև նախորդ հաշվետվությունների մասին մասնագիտական խմբի դիտարկումները ։

Նիստը նախագահող Վահե Նիկոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել մասնագիտական խմբին՝ արձանագրված դիտարկումների և առաջարկների համար, ապա հավելել.

«Մայրաքաղաքի հասարակական տրանսպորտի համակարգի բարեփոխումը մեր համաքաղաքացիներին հուզող ամենակարևոր հարցերից մեկն է։ Եվ հաշվի առնելով նախորդ նիստի հանդեպ հանրային մեծ հետաքրքրությունը, մենք օր առաջ պետք է ուրվագծենք Երևան քաղաքի հասարակական տրանսպորտի նոր ցանցի բարեփոխումների ուղղությունն ու կարճ ժամանակում տանք հանրային քննարկումների մեկնարկը»։

Զեկույցով հանդես է եկել նաև «Երևան քաղաքի կառավարման տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Սարգիս Մանուկյանը, ով ներկայացրել է Երևանի հասարակական տրանսպորտի բարեփոխումների հանրային փոխգործակցության էլեկտրոնային հարթակը, որը կսկսի գործել հուլիս ամսից և մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչներին հնարավորություն կընձեռի, հանրային քննարկումներին զուգահեռ, կարևոր այս հարցում որոշումների կայացման գործընթացին մասնակցել նաև այս գործիքի միջոցով։

Նշենք, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարականով պաշտոնական հրավեր է ուղարկվել Երևանի նորընտիր ավագանու բոլոր խմբակցություններին՝ մասնագիտական խմբում ընդգրկվելու և գործընթացին մասնակցելու համար։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևան քաղաքի հանրային տրանսպորտի բարեփոխումների մասնագիտական աշխատանքային խմբի առաջին նիստը կայացել էր այս տարվա ապրիլի 20-ին։ Նիստի ընթացքում խորհրդատու կազմակերպության կողմից ներկայացվել էր ծրագրի մեկնարկային հաշվետվությունը՝ համակարգի օպտիմալացման հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ։ Օպտիմալացումը ենթադրում է երթուղային նոր ցանցի մոդելավորում, միասնական էլեկտրոնային տոմսային համակարգի ներդրում և կառավարման համակարգի նոր չափորոշիչների սահմանում։

Նաև նշենք, որ «Ավտոբուսային նոր երթուղային ցանցը, ինտեգրված սակագինը և տոմսային համակարգը» ծրագիրը, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հանձնարարությամբ, իրականացվում է բրիտանական WYG International ընկերության կողմից՝ «Ամերիա» ՓԲԸ հետ համատեղ։
