Գեղարունիքի մարզի դատախազության դատախազը հրաժարվել է ցուցմունք տալուց

Առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կաշառք վերցնելու մեջ մեղադրվող Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազության դատախազ Սեւակ Շհոյանը հրաժարվել է ցուցմունք տալուց: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 22-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նրա շահերի պաշտպան Սարգիս Խաչատրյանը: Նա նշեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալը չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:

«Իմ պաշտպանյալը ցուցմունք չի տվել՝ օգտվելով իր լռելու իրավունքից եւ իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում, նա որեւէ առնչություն չունի առաջադրված մեղադրանքի հետ: Նախաքննության գաղտնիությունից ելնելով՝ այս պահին ոչինչ ասել չեմ կարող»,-ասաց նա:

Պաշտպանը նաեւ նշեց, որ Սեւակ Շհոյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխելու վերաբերյալ Վերաքննիչ բողոք չի ներկայացրել. «Պաշտպանական մարտավարությունից ելնելով չենք բողոքել»:

Նշենք, որ Սեւակ Շհոյանը գտնվում է «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում:

Նույն գործով կալանավորվել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահ Աղվան Պետորսյանն ու նույն դատարանի դատավոր Վանիկ Վարդանյանը:

Այս գործը կապված է տարիներ առաջ՝ 2014-ին կալանավորված անչափահաս Գոռ Գալստյանի հետ։ 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ին Վարդենիսում զենքի գործադրմամբ կատարված խուլիգանության եւ դանակահարության փաստի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Գ.Գ.-ի արարքը որպես ինքնապաշտպանություն որակելուն նպաստելու համար Սեւակ Շհոյանը մեղադրյալի ծնողներից 2015 թվականի հունիսին պահանջել և ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 1.880.000 դրամին համարժեք 4000 դոլար կաշառք: Սակայն գումարը ստանալուց հետո դատախազը խոստումը չի կատարել, եւ Գ.Գ.-ն 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ին կալանավորվել է:

Հավաքված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության հիման վրա դատախազին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով` մեղադրյալի օգտին գործողություն կատարելու համար նրա ծնողներից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք պահանջելու եւ ստանալու համար:
