Եթե որեւէ մեկն ինչ–որ բան չի ցանկանում, պետք չի իրեն պարտադրել, սա ցանկացած ազատ մարդու մտածելակերպ է։ NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանն այսպես արձագանքեց Հայաստանում Եվրամիության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԵՄ դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկիի այն հայտարարությանը, որ եթե ԵՄ պատվիրակության ներկայությունն այլեւս անցանկալի է Հայաստանում, ապա չեն պարտադրի։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին, քննադատելով ՀՀ–ում ընտրական գործընթացները, առաջարկել էր կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում ընդգրկել քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին, որպեսզի այն արժանահավատ դառնա։ Ասել էր նաեւ, որ ՀՀ իշխող կուսակցությունը իր շահերին է հարմարեցրել Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը։ Այս խոսքերին Դավիթ Հարությունյանը պատասխանել էր՝ նշելով, թե դեսպանը միջամտում է մեր երկրի ներքին գործերին, իսկ ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Շարմազանովը նշել էր, թե սա հարսանիք չէ՝ ով վճարի, նա էլ երաժշտությունը պատվիրի։
Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին այս հայտարարություններից հետո ասուլիսով հանդես եկավ եւ շեշտեց, որ արտաքին ֆինանսավորման 90 տոկոսը Հայաստանը ԵՄ-ից է ստացել, ինչն էլ եղել է Հայաստանի հրապարակային խնդրանքով։ Ընդգծեց նաեւ, թե եթե Հայաստանը չցանկանա, իրենք իրենց ներկայությունը չեն պարտադրի։
Հարցին արդյոք Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին այս կոշտ արձագանքով սպառնում էր հայկական կողմին, Դավիթ Հարությունյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես չեմ համարում, որ պարոն Սվիտալսկին կոշտ արձագանքեց, արձագանքելու թեմա չկար, ֆինանսավորման համար էլ շնորհակալ ենք։ Իհարկե, առաջարկներ ներկայացնել կարող են, բայց նայած՝ ինչ սահմաններում է ընդունելի, ինչ սահմաններում՝ ոչ»։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանում իրենց ներկայությունը չպարտադրելուն, նախարարն ասաց՝ սպառնալիք չէր. «Սա ցանկացած ազատ մարդու մտածելակերպ է, եթե որեւէ մեկը ինչ– որ բան չի ցանկանում , պետք չի իրեն պարտադրել, այնպես որ այս հարցում ես համաձայն եմ պարոն Սվիտալսիկիի հետ»։
