Բեմադրիչ Նորա Գրիգորյանը երեք ամսում ազատվել է ավելորդ 30 կիլոգրամից, իսկ հաջողության գաղտնիքով կիսվել է Life.panorama.am-ի հետ:
«Ինչպես բոլորը՝ ես էլ ունեմ իմ իդեալական քաշը, որին գումարվեց ուղիղ 37 կիլոգրամ, որից 30-ը՝ միայն հղիության ընթացքում: Իմ իդեալական քաշը 50 կգ-ն է, բայց ես դարձել էի 87 կգ, ինչն ինձ համար պարզապես շոկ էր: Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ ուտել շատ եմ սիրում, իսկ համեղ ուտել՝ էլ ավելի, սակայն կամքի ուժ դրսեւորեցի եւ որոշեցի՝ ես պետք է նիհարեմ»,- պատմեց Նորան՝ հավելելով.
«Պետք է հիշել՝ գեր լինելը ոչ միայն գեղեցիկ չէ, այլեւ՝ վնասակար է առողջությանը: Ինքս էլ ժամանկի ընթացքում հասկանում էր, որ կարող եմ առողջական լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ կանգնել, եթե չնիհարեմ»:

Նորա Գրիոգրյանը խոստովանեց, որ այն կանանցից չէ, ով իրեն սիրում է յուրաքանչյուր կազմվածքում.
«Ես ատում էի ինձ գեր ժամանակ: Նիհարելու համար պատրաստ էի անգամ հաբեր խմել, միայն թե ազատվեմ ավելորդ քաշից, սակայն, ուրախ եմ, որ հարազատներս արգելեցին գնալ այդ քայլին, քանի որ այդ միջոցները վնասակար են առողջությանը: Իրականում երեխա ունենալուց հետո մինչեւ վեց ամիս կնոջ օրգանիզմում փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունենում, վեց ամիս անց ավելի հեշտ է նիհարելը: Ես կոչ չեմ անի կանանց սիրել իրենց այնպիսին, ինչպիսին կան, քանի որ ավելորդ քաշը ազդում է առողջության, ինքնագնահատականի եւ հոգեկան աշխարհի վրա: Ինձ մոտ այդ հարցը շատ խիստ էր դրված, ես ամաչում էի բեմ բարձրանալ, զգում էի, որ ծանրացած եմ քայլում, շնչառությունս եւս այն չէր: Կինը պետք է կշռի այնքան, որ իրեն թեթեւ զգա»,- ընդգծեց բեմադրիչը:
