Հունիսի 22-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արտակ Զաքարյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի պատվիրակության ղեկավար տիկին Կարոլին Դույեզին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ՊՆ լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում Արտակ Զաքարյանը գոհունակություն է հայտնել զինծառայողների համար միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի վերաբերյալ տարբեր դասընթացների կազմակերպման, գիտական-մեթոդաբանական կարողությունների զարգացման և իրազեկվածության բարձրացման, ինչպես նաև արցախյան հակամարտության արդյունքում անհայտ կորածների ճակատագրերը պարզելու ուղղությամբ ԿԽՄԿ-ի գործադրած ջանքերի կապակցությամբ:

ԿԽՄԿ հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավարն իր հերթին բարձր գնահատելով երկկողմ համագործակցությունը, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել հնարավորինս աջակցել համագործակցության խորացմանը և ջանքեր գործադրել պաշտպանական գերատեսչության հետ փոխգործակցությունն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ:

Անդրադառնալով մեկ օր առաջ ԱՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության հրապարակած` ՀՀ քաղաքացի Զավեն Կարապետյանի մասնակցությամբ տեսանյութին, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը կոչ է արել ՀՀ-ում ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության ղեկավարին ջանքեր գործադրել և ԿԽՄԿ Բաքվի գրասենյակի միջոցով կազմակերպել այցելություն` վերջինիս  պահպանման պայմաններին ծանոթանալու և տեղեկատվություն ստանալու նպատակով:
