 Հայաստան-Հնդկաստան համագործակցության շրջանակներում կրթական երրորդ համատեղ ծրագրի ավարտն ազդարարվեց հունիսի 22-ին։ Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում Վայոց ձորի մարզի բոլոր 50 դպրոցներն այսուհետ նոր համակարգիչներով և տպիչներով հագեցած սենյակներ կունենան: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Արա Վարդանյանը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ Հայաստան-Հնդկաստան համագործակցությունը շարունակական է լինելու։

«Հնդկաստանի կառավարության կողմից շատ կարևոր աշխատանք է իրականացվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում։ Համագործակցության բոլոր ծրագրերը շատ կարևոր են և համահունչ ՀՀ զարգացման տեսլականի հետ։ Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումն ու ներդրումը դպրոցներում մեր ամենակարևոր խնդիրն է։ Մենք պետք է վստահ լինենք, որ մեր երեխաները պատրաստ են մտնում աշխարհ՝ համապատասխան գիտելիքներով»,- ասաց Վարդանյանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ 2009 թվականից սկսած Հնդկաստանի կառավարությունը միջոցներ է հատկացնում Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերի դպրոցներին։ Այս ուսումնական տարվա սկզբից մոտ 7000 երեխա կկարողանա օգտվել նորագույն համակարգիչներով հագեցած սենյակներից, աշխատել համակարգչային տարբեր ծրագրերով։

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ Հայաստանի դպրոցներում կա համակարգչային գույքի թարմացման խնդիր։ «Հնդկաստանի հետ նոր ծրագրեր ունենք, բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների այցեր եղան, և մենք հույս ունենք, որ համագործակցությունը կրթության ոլորտում նույնպես կշարունակենք»,- նշեց Լևոն Մկրտչյանը։ Նա հավելեց, որ Հնդկաստանում կա մեծ գիտական ներուժ և վստահություն հայտնեց, որ երկու ժողովուրդների համագործակցությունը կարելի է ավելի բարձր մակարդակի հասցնել։

ՀՀ-ում Հնդկաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Յոգեշվար Սանգվանը նշեց, որ Վայոց Ձորի մարզի կրթական ծրագրի շրջանակում ստեղծվող համակարգչային լաբորատորիաների բյուջեն կազմում է 500.000 դոլար։ «Հնդկաստանն ու Հայաստանը միմյանց հետ համագործակցում են արդեն շատ երկար տարիներ՝ քաղաքական, տնտեսական և մշակութային ոլորտներում։ ՀՀ-ում Հնդկաստանի դեսպանության միջոցով մեր կառավարությունը շարունակելու է իր մշտական աջակցությունը կրթական ոլորտում»,- նշեց Սանգվանը։
