 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կապրապետյանը կառավարության ծրագիրը գնահատում է որպես աշխատունակ, հաշվարկված ու պրոֆեսիոնալ: «Մենք ծրագիրը կազմելու ընթացքում ունեցել ենք ներքին բանավեճեր, այս ծրագիրը քննարկել ենք շատ լուրջ մասնագետների հետ և ներկայացրել ենք ծրագիր, որը մեր պետության կյանքը փոխելու է դեպի լավը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության ծրագրի քննարկման ժամանակ իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում ասաց Կարապետյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ կառավարությունում հավաքվել է պարկեշտ ու ազնիվ մարդկանց թիմ: «Իրականում մենք բաց ենք ու չափազանց շահագրգռված, որպեսզի լինեն կառուցողական քննարկումներ ամեն օր: Այդ թիմը կազմված է մարդկանցից, ովքեր մեր երկրին ծառայելու և լավ գործեր անելու ցանկություն ունեն»,- նշեց վարչապետը:

Կարեն Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ կառավարության թիմն ունի աջակցության կարիք, որպեսզի իրագործի նախանշված ծրագրերը՝ ընդգծելով, որ իրենք հստակ պատկերացնում են, թե ինչ պետք է անեն:

Վարչապետը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց պատգամավորներին քննարկումների համար՝ շեշտելով, որ շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի կարողանան հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտ ձևավորել: Նրա խոսքով՝ Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության ծրագրի քննարկման ժամանակ ելույթները հիմնականում եղել են հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտում, սակայն եղել են նաև ելույթներ, որոնք զգացմունքային էին ու որևէ առնչություն կառավարության ծրագրի հետ չունեին:

Ազգային ժողովը հավանություն տվեց կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրին:Կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրին հավանություն տալու մասին հարցին կողմ քվեարկեց 64, դեմ՝ 31 պատգամավոր: Քվեարկությունից առաջ Ազգային ժողովի «Ծառուկյան» և «Ելք» խմբակցությունները հայտարարել էին կառավարության ծրագրին դեմ քվեարկելու մասին:
