Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալված լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլըի առողջական վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել է

Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալված լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլըի փաստաբան Էլչին Սադիգովը լրագրողներին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է, որ իր պաշտպանյալի ինքնազգացողությունը կտրուկ վատացել է: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները՝ մեջ բերելով փաստաբանի խոսքը.

«Գիշերն իմ պաշտպանյալի առողջական վիճակը հանկարծակի վատացել էր, սակայն բժիշկները բավական ուշ օգնության հասան, քանի որ ոստիկանները թույլ չէին տալիս: Ի վերջո, պարզ դարձավ, որ Աֆղանը սրտի լուրջ խնդիր ունի և սուր ցավեր է զգում: Ես ցանկացա զանգահարել և այդ մասին հայտնել նրա կնոջը, սակայն ոստիկանները այդ էլ թույլ չտվեցին: Եվ ընդհանրապես, նրանք ոչ մի կալանավորի թույլ չեն տալիս հեռախոսով կապ հաստատել իրենց հարազատների հետ: Չգիտեմ, թե առողջական վիճակի հետազոտություններն ինչ ցույց կտան, սակայն մի բան պարզ է, որ այդ ամենի պատճառը ոստիկանների բռնությունն է»,- նշել է Սադիգովը:

Լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլըն հայտնի է որպես ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության քննադատ: 2015 թվականից ի վեր նա ստիպված է եղել բնակություն հաստատել Թբիլիսիում: 2017 թվականի մայիսի 29-ին լրագրողն անհետացել էր Թբիլիսիում, ինչի կապակցությամբ նրա ընտանիքը դիմել էր ոստիկանություն: Ավելի ուշ նա կապ էր հաստատել իր փաստաբան Էլչին Սադիգովի հետ՝ տեղեկացնելով վերջինիս, որ իրեն տեղափոխել են Բաքու: Լրագրողին առաջադրվել էր մեղադրանք՝ սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու կապակցությամբ: Մուխթարլըի փաստաբանը, որի ներկայացրած բողոքարկումը մերժվել էր, լրագրողի փաստաբանը բողոքը ներկայացրել էր, արդեն, Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան: Փաստաբանը վստահ է, որ կալանավայրում լրագրողը ոստիկանների կողմից ենթարկվում է ծեծի և տանջանքների:

Բացի այդ, Եվրախորհրդարանը դեռևս հունիսի 15-ին Վրաստանի իշխանություններին կոչ էր արել առավել մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել լրագրողի առևանգումը, իսկ Ադրբեջանին՝ ազատ արձակել ոչ միայն Աղֆան Մուխթարլըին, այլև մյուս բոլոր այն ազատազրկված անձանց, որոնք դատապարտված են իրենց կարծիքն արտահայտելու համար:
