Վազքն ու ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածությունը թեթեւացնում են հղիության ընթացքը ու կանխում կոնքերի ցավերը, որոնք տարածված են հղիների շրջանում: Այս մասին հայտնում է British Journal of Sports Medicine ամսագրում հրատարակված հոդվածը:
Սակայն ցանկալի արդյունքի հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է դեռ մինչեւ հղիանալը սկսել սպորտով զբաղվել. ինչպես հայտնում են գիտնականները, հղիանալուց առաջ շաբաթական երեքից հինգ անգամ ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածությունները կօգնեն 14 տոկոսով նվազեցնել կոնքերի ցավերի ինտենսիվությունը հղիության ընթացքում: Ընդ որում ամենից շատ օգտակար են այն վարժությունները, որոնք պահանջում են նկատելի ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածություններ՝ օրինակ վազքը , գնդակ խաղալն ու մարմնամարզությունը:
Հղիության վերջին ամիսներին կոնքերի ցավեր է ունենում կանանց 20 տոկոսը: Այդ ցավերի պատճառները շատ են ու տարբեր՝ հոդերի շարժումը կոնքոսկրերում, այդ հոդերին օժանդակող մկանների աշխատանքի փոփոխությունը եւ այլն: Ցավի օջախներ կարող են առաջանալ կոնքի ցանկացած մասում:
Երբեմն ցավերն այնքան ուժեղ են լինում, որ կանայք չեն կարողանում շարժվել ու երկար ժամանակ գամված են մնում անկողնուն: Շատ հաճախ բժիշկները նրանց խորհուրդ են տալիս ֆիզիոթերապիայի սեանսներ անցնել այդ ցավերի դեմ պայքարելու համար, քանի որ ցավազրկողների երկարատեւ ընդունումը կարող է վնասել պտղին:
