Կոստանյանը համակուրսեցին է, Դավթյանը՝ ընկերը. գլխավոր դատախազը «մուզ-մուզ» իր գործը տեսնում է. «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Դատախազության համակարգում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանից դժգոհությունները գնալով խորանում են։ Անհավասարակշիռ եւ էքսցենտրիկ Կոստանյանին փոխարինած համեստ տղան «մուզ-մուզ» իր գործը տեսնում է՝ «վերջիններին» բերում առաջին պլան, փոփոխություններ կատարում ստորին օղակներում։

Որեւէ մեկի հետ ակնհայտ առճակատման չի գնում, սակայն այնպիսի պայմաններ է ստեղծում, որ անցանկալիներն ինքնակամ հեռանան։ Օրինակ՝ մոտ մեկ-երկու ամիս առաջ նա քաղաքի լավագույն դատախազներից մեկին տեղափոխել էր մարզ, վերջինս էլ վիրավորվել էր, դիմում գրել եւ հեռացել։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ դատախազի հետ կոնֆլիկտի արդյունքում աշխատանքից ազատվելու դիմում է ներկայացրել նաեւ Արարատի դատախազ Համբարձում Մելիք-Սարգսյանը։ Նա Կոստանյանի համակուրսեցին է։ Աշխատանքից ազատվելու լուրը մեզ հետ զրույցում հաստատեց ինքը՝ դատախազը։ «Ոտքերի վարիկոզ ունեմ, պետք է մեկնեմ բուժման»,- ասաց նա։

Իսկ գուցե կոնֆլի՞կտ եք ունեցել Արթուր Դավթյանի հետ, Մելիք-Սարգսյանը կտրականապես հերքեց՝ նշելով․ «Պարոն Դավթյանն իմ ընկերն է, երկար տարիներ աշխատել ենք»։ Իսկ մեզ թվում է, թե Գեւորգ Կոստանյանն է Ձեր ընկերը, համակուրսեցին։ «Պարոն Դավթյանն առավել եւս ընկեր է, Կոստանյանը համակուրսեցին է, Դավթյանը՝ ընկերը»։

Միեւնույն ժամանակ դատախազը նշեց, որ առողջական հարցերը կարգավորելուց հետո հնարավոր է սեպտեմբերից վերադառնա աշխատանքի։ Նշենք, որ Համբարձում Մելիք-Սարգսյանը Սեւանի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազն էր, նա Արարատի մարզի դատախազ է նշանակվել 2013թ․ նոյեմբերին՝ Կոստանյանի հրամանով»:
