Տարվա առաջին կեսում խաղատների գործունեության արդյունքում պետբյուջե է մուտքագրվել 1 միլիարդից ավելի գումար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս տարվա առաջին 5 ամիսների ընթացքում խաղատների գործունեության արդյունքում գանձվել է 1 միլիարդ 237 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ֆինանսների նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքի համապատասխան բաժնի հաշվետվությունից:
Ըստ հաշվետվության՝ մայիսի 31–ի դրությամբ ուժի մեջ են թվով 4 խաղատան, 5 վիճակախաղերի կազմակերպման և 3 ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի կազմակերպման լիցենզիաներ: Տարվա սկզբից մինչև մայիսի 31–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կայացել է վիճակախաղերի, շահումով խաղերի, ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի և խաղատների լիցենզավորող հանձնաժողովի թվով 15 նիստ, որում քննարկվել է թվով 36 հարց: Արդյունքում տրամադրվել է թվով 1 խաղատան կազմակերպման լիցենզիա, իսկ թվով 2 ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի կազմակերպման և թվով 2 խաղատան կազմակերպման լիցենզիայի ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչվել:
Սրանից բացի տրվել է դրական եզրակացություն թվով 1 անձի` ընկերության կանոնադրական կապիտալում նշանակալից մասնակցություն ձեռք բերելու համար և 1 անձի էլ՝ ընկերության ղեկավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու համար:
Տեղեկանում ենք, որ համաձայնություն է տրվել վիճակախաղերի, խաղատան շահումով խաղերի կազմակերպման և անցկացման թվով 13 և չի տրվել թվով 14 կանոնակարգերի, փոփոխությունների և լրացումների համար, համաձայնություն է տրվել թվով 78 և չի տրվել թվով 93 վիճակախաղերի գովազդների բովանդակության հետ կապված:
Մյուս կողմից էլ աուդիտորական ծառայությունների իրականացման և ինկասացիոն ծառայությունների մատուցման լիցենզավորման ոլորտի աշխատանքների իրականացման համար հունվար–մայիս ամիսներին գանձվել է ընդհանուր առմամբ 5 միլիոն 501 հազար 335 դրամ պետական տուրք, որից 4 միլիոն 858 հազար 335 դրամը աուդիտորական կազմակերպություններից, իսկ 643 հազար դրամն էլ՝ ինկասացիոն:
Այս տարվա մայիսի 31–ի դրությամբ լիցենզավորված են թվով 31 աուդիտորական կազմակերպություններ և թվով 5 ինկասացիոն կազմակերպություններ: Ըստ հաշվետվության հունվարի 1–ից մինչև մայիսի 31–ը գումարվել է Աուդիտորական ծառայությունների իրականացման և ինկասացիոն ծառայությունների մատուցման լիցենզավորող հանձնաժողովի թվով 4 նիստ, որում քննարկվել է 4 հարց, դադարեցվել աուդիտորական ծառայությունների իրականացման 2 լիցենզիայի գործողություն և հաստատվել 1 աուդիտորական ծառայություններ իրականացնող լիցենզավորված անձի տնօրենի թեկնածուի` «Աուդիտորական գործունեության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջներին համապատասխանություն:
