Լարվածության սրման եւ բանակցային գործընթացում ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար մեղքը հայկական կողմերի վրա բարդելու Բաքվի ձգտումն անթաքույց փորձ է՝ քողարկելու ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացը փակուղի մտցնելուն եւ միջնորդների խաղաղարար ջանքերը խափանելուն ուղղված իր իսկ քաղաքականությունը։ Այդ մասին NEWS.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան ասել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԳՆ տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արտակ Ներսիսյանը։

«Դա հատկապես ակնառու է շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող շարունակական սադրանքների, հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդման հարցում իր պարտավորությունների հանդեպ Բաքվի լիակատար արհամարհանքի եւ բանակցային գործընթացի վերսկսման համար պայմանների ստեղծման ուղղությամբ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններն իրագործելու բացահայտ դժկամության ֆոնի վրա»,- նշել է նա։

Ըստ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչի, այս կապակցությամբ հարկ է հիշատակել հունիսի 19-ին Բաքու կատարած այցի արդյունքում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հնչեցրած հայտարարությունը, որը, «մեր դիտարկմամբ, հերթական անգամ ոչ երկիմաստ կերպով մատնանշում է Ադրբեջանին՝ որպես ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտող կողմ»։

«Այս հարցում Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների վերջին հայտարարություններում նկատվող դրական միտումը որոշակի հույսեր է ներշնչում, որ միջնորդները ոչ միայն վերջնականապես կհրաժարվեն անհասցե կոչերի պրակտիկայից, այլեւ ավելի հաստատակամորեն հետամուտ կլինեն 1994 թ. հրադադարի եւ 1995 թ. հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդման մասին եռակողմ անժամկետ համաձայնագրերի անշեղ պահպանման, Արցախի եւ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծում միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծման եւ ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի ընդլայնման վերաբերյալ Վիեննայում (2016 թ. մայիսիս 16) եւ Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգում (2016 թ. հունիսի 20) ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրագործմանը»,- ամփոփել է Արտակ Ներսիսյանը։
