ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն պարզաբանել է մարտական գործողությունների մասնակցի և երկրապահ կամավորականի կարգավիճակի տրման ժամկետները

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության զինծառայողների սոցիալական պաշտպանության վարչությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության 2014 թվականի ապրիլի 23-ի N 438-Ն որոշմամբ ստեղծված Մարտական գործողությունների մասնակիցների և երկրապահ կամավորականների կարգավիճակի հարցերով զբաղվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովին քաղաքացիների դիմումների ներկայացման վերջնաժամկետ է սահմանված մինչև 2017թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Համաձայն 2013 թվականի հունիսի 19-ին ընդունված «Երկրապահ կամավորականի կարգավիճակի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի և ՀՀ կառավարության 2000 թվականի նոյեմբերի 27 N 778 որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգի` 1989թ.-ից մինչև 1994թ. մայիսի 12-ը ՀՀ պաշտպանության մարտական գործողություններին 90 օր և ավելի մասնակցած, այդ թվում նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության, ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունների, ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ՀՀ ոստիկանության համակարգերում մինչև 2014թ. գործունեություն իրականացրած գերատեսչական հանձնաժողովների կողմից մարտական գործողությունների մասնակցի կարգավիճակ ստացած անձինք անհրաժեշտ բոլոր փաստաթղթերը մինչև վերը նշված ժամկետը կարող են ներկայացնել ՀՀ ՊՆ զինծառայողների սոցիալական պաշտպանության վարչություն` անձամբ, կամ տարածքային զինվորական կոմիսարիատների և վետերանական կազմակերպությունների միջոցով:
Վերը նշված ժամկետի լրանալուց հետո բացառություն կարվի միայն միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի գործունեության ժամանակահատվածում (2014-ից 2017թ.թ.) Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից բացակայած և բացակայության փաստը հավաստող փաստաթղթեր ներկայացնելու դեպքում»:
