Դանակահարություն Լոռու մարզում. հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտի մասին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Լոռու մարզի երկու բնակչի դանակահարության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2016 թվականի հունիսի 08-ին «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից հաղորդում էր ստացվել առ այն, որ «որովայնի ծակած-կտրած թափանցող վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության են դիմել Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան համայնքի բնակիչ, 1997թ. ծնված Արշակ Պողոսյանը և Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1994 թ. ծնված Մերուժան Եղինյանը:
Դեպքի առթիվ ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ երիտասարդ տղաները մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացել են Վանաձոր քաղաքի խաղասրահներից մեկում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ: Վիճաբանությունը առաջացել է՝ սեղանի թենիսի գնդակը դիպչելու և այդ կապակցությամբ ներողություն չխնդրելու պատճառով, ինչի ժամանակ էլ Վանաձոր քաղաքի անչափահաս բնակիչը սուր ծակող-կտրող գործիքով երկու անգամ հարվածել է Արշակ Պողոսյանին և մեկ անգամ՝ ընկերոջը օգնության հասած Մերուժան Եղինյանին՝ վերջիններիս առողջությանը պատճառելով կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս, ապա՝ դիմել փախուստի:
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի անչափահաս բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
