Ադրբեջանը պատասխանել է լրագրող Մուխթարլըի գործով ՄԻԵԴ-ի հարցերին

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը (ՄԻԵԴ) սկսել է Վրաստանից առևանգված և Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալված լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլըի գործի բողոքարկման շուրջ քննարկումները՝ ակտիվ հաղորդակցման մեջ մտնելով Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է "Кавказский узел" կայքը՝ փոխանցելով լրագրող Մուխթարլըի փաստաբան Էլչին Սադիգովի խոսքերը: Նա կարծում է, որ ՄԻԵԴ-ի և ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների միջև այդ գործով ակտիվ հաղորդակցության հաստատումն իր ազդեցությունն է ունեցել և հետաքննության գործընթացին «նոր շունչ» է հաղորդել:
Լրագրող Աֆղան Մուխթարլըն հայտնի է որպես ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության քննադատ: 2015 թվականից ի վեր նա ստիպված է եղել բնակություն հաստատել Թբիլիսիում: 2017 թվականի մայիսի 29-ին լրագրողն անհետացել էր Թբիլիսիում, ինչի կապակցությամբ նրա ընտանիքը դիմել էր ոստիկանություն: Ավելի ուշ նա կապ էր հաստատել իր փաստաբան Էլչին Սադիգովի հետ՝ տեղեկացնելով վերջինիս, որ իրեն տեղափոխել են Բաքու: Լրագրողին առաջադրվել էր մեղադրանք՝ սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու կապակցությամբ: Մուխթարլըի փաստաբանը, որի կողմից բողոքարկումը՝ կապված իր պաշտպանյալի իրավունքների խախտման վերաբերյալ և ուղղված Ադրբեջանի դատարանին՝ մերժվել էր, լրագրողի փաստաբանը բողոքը ներկայացրել էր նաև Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան: Փաստաբանը վստահ է, որ կալանավայրում լրագրողը ոստիկանների կողմից ենթարկվում է ծեծի և տանջանքների:
Բացի այդ, Եվրախորհրդարանը հունիսի 15-ին Վրաստանի իշխանություններին կոչ էր արել առավել մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել լրագրողի առևանգումը, իսկ Ադրբեջանին՝ ազատ արձակել ոչ միայն Աղֆան Մուխթարլըին, այլև մյուս բոլոր այն ազատազրկված անձանց, որոնք դատապարտված են իրենց կարծիքն արտահայտելու համար:
