 Հայաստանի տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը հորդորում է ՌԴ մեկնելիս օգտվել միայն կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրման ծառայություններից: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով Երևանից ՌԴ մեկնած ավտոբուսների վթարների վերջին դեպքերին, Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն ընդգծեց, որ դրանք եղել են ոչ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրում իրականացնող ավտոբուսներ: «Ես ևս մեկ անգամ մեր բնակչությանը հորդորում եմ և ցանկանում եմ, որ դուք էլ սա տեղ հասցնեք, որ օգտվեն միայն կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումներից»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Մարտիրոսյանը:

Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ նախարարությունը մրցույթ է հայտարարել, կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրում իրականացնելու համար տրամադրել է լիցենզիաներ, սակայն ոչ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումները դեռևս շարունակվում են: Հարցին, թե ո՞վ է դրա համար մեղավոր, Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը պատասխանեց. «Մեղավոր են մարդիկ, ովքեր շարունակում են խախտումներով աշխատել: Մեր տեսչությունը հսկողություն է կատարում և՛ սահմանի վրա, և՛ տոմսերի վաճառքի կետերում»:

Հարցին, թե այդ դեպքում ոչ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրում իրականացնողներն  ինչպե՞ս են կարողանում անցնել սահմանը, եթե նախարարությունը վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում, նախարարը պատասխանեց. «Մենք սահմանի վրա տրանսպորտի տեսչություն ունենալու իրավասություն չունենք: Մեր տրանսպորտային տեսչությունը ժամանակ առ ժամանակ հերթապահություններ  է կատարում, տեղում ստուգումներ իրականացնում: Այս ընթացքում մենք շատ ոչ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումներ ենք ֆիքսել և տուգանել, բայց մարդիկ նորից նույն գործելաոճը շարունակում են»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը:

Նա հավելեց, որ նախարարությունը նախատեսում է ներդնել էլեկտրոնային համակարգ, որով ուղիղ կապ կապահովվի սահմանային մաքսային ծառայությունների հետ, և իրենք կկարողանան սահմանն անցնելիս ֆիքսել ոչ կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրումները:
