Առողջապահական համակարգում կադրերի զգալի ավելացում կա միայն ստոմատոլոգիական մասնագիտություններում: Բուժքույրական անձնակազմի ու բժիշկների թվի փոքր նվազումը կապված է օպտիմալացման գործընթացի հետ: Ներկայումս որակյալ կադրերի պատրաստման հարցում լուրջ խնդիրներ կան գրեթե բոլոր մասնավոր, ինչպես նաև փոքր մարզային պետական քոլեջներում: Բուժաշխատողի օրվա առթիվ՝ «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում կադրային հագեցվածության ու խնդիրների մասին պատմեց Առողջապահության նախարարության անձնակազմի կառավարման վարչության պետ Սամվել Սողոմոնյանը:
«Վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ վերջին 3-4 տարում բուժաշխատողների թվաքանակի լուրջ տատանումներ չկան, ունենք համեմատաբար կայուն վիճակ: Զգալի ավելացում կա միայն ստոմատոլոգիական մասնագիտություններում: Ներկայումս ավելի շատ երիտասարդներ են դառնում ստոմատոլոգ, քան մեր երկրին պետք է՝ առաջին հերթին պայմանավորված նրանով, որ ստոմատոլոգիական կրթություն են իրականացնում բազմաթիվ մասնավոր ԲՈՒՀ-եր, և որ ստոմատոլոգիական սեփական բիզնես ստեղծելը նվազ ծախսատար է, բացի այդ՝ ավելի քիչ է պատասխանատվությունը պացիենտի կյանքի համար, քան, օրինակ, վիրաբույժի կամ անէսթեզիոլոգի մասնագիտության դեպքում: Պրակտիկ առողջապահական համակարգում մասնագիտական գործունեություն իրականացնող բժիշկները շուրջ 8 900 են, իսկ միջին բուժաշխատողները մոտ 17 500»,-ասաց Սամվել Սողոմոնյանն ու հավելեց, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում բժիշկ-բուժքույր հարաբերակցությունը միշտ ի օգուտ բուժքրոջ է: Մեր երկրում հարաբերակցությունը ½ է, ինչը մոտ է օպտիմալին՝ մեր երկրի առողջապահական մոդելի պարագայում:
Նրա խոսքով՝ բուժքույրերի և վիրաբույժների թվի փոքր-ինչ նվազումը կապված է մարզերում օպտիմալացման հետ: Վիրաբույժների թվի ոչ էական նվազումը նաև մասնագետների միգրացիայի հետևանք է, ինչը փորձում են կանխել նպատակային ծրագրերով: Վերջին շրջանում նոր բժշկական կազմակերպություններ են ստեղծվել, լիցենզավորվել, և ի հաշիվ այդ կազմակերպությունների՝ բուժանձնակազմի որոշակի աճ կա, ինչը կոմպենսացնում է օպտիմալացման գործընթացի կրճատումները:
«Բուժաշխատողների մասնագիտական հմտությունների աճի հարցում էական փոփոխություն էր ՇՄԶ կրեդիտային մոդելի ընդունումը: Անհրաժեշտ կրեդիտները չհավաքելու դեպքում նրանք հնարավորություն չեն ունենա մասնագիտական գործունեություն իրականացնել, ինչը, սակայն, հնարավոր կլինի հետագայում վերականգնել»,-եզրափակեց Սամվել Սողոմոնյանը:
