 Հայաստանի կառավարությունը քաջատեղյակ է այն սպասելիքներից, որ ունի հասարակությունը և իր գործողություններում հաշվի է առնում այդ սպասելիքները։ Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության ծրագրի քննարկմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը։ «Մենք հստակ պատկերացնում ենք մեր ներկան, գիտենք ինչ խնդիրներ և հնարավորություններ ունենք։ Ունենք նաև ապագայի հստակ տեսլական, գիտենք, թե ինչ է պետք փոխել։ Մենք ներկայացնում ենք առարկայական ծրագիր»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետը։

Հայաստանը փոքր և քիչ ռեսուրսներ ունեցող երկիր է, որի սահմանների մեծ մասը փակ է: «Հայաստանը ծովային ելք չունեցող երկիր է, որի չորս սահմաններից միայն երկուսն են բաց։ Մեր երկիրը բախվում է տարածաշրջանային մարտահրավերներին, որոնք սպառնում են մեր անվտանգությանը: Այս համատեքստում առանցքային է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգ զարգացման իրավաքաղաքական, ռազմական կայուն երաշխիքների ձեւավորման խնդիրը: Մենք կանգնած ենք մեր սահմանները պաշտպանելու մարտահրավերների առջև: Ելնելով այդ հանգամանքներից՝ մենք պետք է շարունակենք զարգացնել մեր ռազմական կարողությունները՝ ապահովելով զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունը, մշտապես կատարելագործումն ու համընթաց արդիականացումը, ինչպես նաև ժամանակակից սպառազինությունը: Այս ամենը չեմ ասում հիասթափեցնելու համար: Մենք հստակ պատկերացնում ենք իրականությունը: Կան երկրներ, որոնք գտնվել են ավելի վատ մեկնարկային պայմաններում, սակայն  կարողացել են ժամանակի ընթացքում հասնել ավելի լավ պայմանների։ Մեր երկիրը շեն ու բարեկեցիկ դարձնելու բանալին մեր ձեռքում է։ Մենք կհաջողենք, եթե անմնացորդ նվիրվենք մեր գործին, կրթվենք և քրտնաջան աշխատենք»,- ասաց վարչապետը։

Կարեն Կարապետյանն ընդգծեց, որ իրենց աշխատանքի որակից և հասարակության արձագանքից է կախված, թե որքան արագ կհասնեն իրենց նախանշած նպատակներին: «Մենք պատասխանատվությունից չենք խուսափում։ Այս ծրագիրը ներկայացնում է մեր պատկերացումը և տեսլականը մեր երկրի զարգացման առաջիկա 5 տարիների համար։ Այն նաև հիմքեր է ստեղծում մեր երկրի երկարաժամկետ զարգացման համար։ Ծրագրի հիմքում դրված է անվտանգ, արդար և խելացի Հայաստան ունենալու տեսլականը»,- ասաց վարչապետը։

ՀՀ վարչապետը ներկայացրեց նաև կառավարության ծրագրի թիրախները՝ 5 տոկոս ՀՆԱ-ի աճ, նվազագույն աշխատավարձի բարձրացում 25 տոկոսով, արտահանման աճի նշանակալի տեմպերի ապահովում՝ ապրանքների և ծառայությունների արտահանման մասնաբաժինը ՀՆԱ-ում հասցնելով 40-45 տոկոսի, աղքատության կրճատման ապահովում՝ իջեցնելով այն 12 տոկոսային կետով:
