Զինծառայողն ատրճանակ է հափշտակել և թաքցրել. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի զինծառայողին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ատրճանակ հափշտակելու, թաքցնելու և նորից հրամանատարությանը հանձնելու համար: Գործն ուղարկվել է Սիսիանի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Արսեն Սարդարյանին:
Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի փոխանցմամբ՝ Գևորգ Մ-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա հանդիսանալով Ն զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, 2017 թվականի մարտի 13-ին ժամը 08:15-ի սահմաններում հափշտակել է ատրճանակ, հողի տակ թաքցրել, այնուհետև հանել թաքցված տեղից և հանձնել զորամասի հրամանատարությանը:
Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը՝պատժվում է կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երեք ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով:
Բացի դրանից՝ զինծառայողը մեղադրվում է նաև ՔՕ-ի 238-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով արարք կատարելու մեջ՝ հրազեն, դրան համալրող դետալներ, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր հափշտակելը կամ շորթելը՝ պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից հինգ տարի ժամկետով:
Զինծառայողի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել հրամանատարության հսկողությանը հանձնելը:
Զինծառայողը նախկինում դատվածություն չի ունեցել:
