Ազգային ժողովն օրեր առաջ հաստատեց «Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հարցերով հանձնաժողովի մասին» օրինագիծն, ըստ որի, հանձնաժողովում պետք է ընդգրկվեն նաև հասարակական կազմակերպությունները: Արդարադատության նախարարությունն էլ արդեն իսկ  հանձնաժողովում ընդգրկվելու ՀԿ-ների մրցույթ է հայտարարել:  

Հայաստանի Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Արթուր Սառույցը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, թե իրենք մտադիր չեն մասնակցել Արդարադատության նախարարության հայտարարած մրցույթին: Նա շեշտեց, թե նպատակահարմար չի գտնում մասնակցել մի հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին, որին վստահելու որևէ հիմք չկա:

«Կասկածի տակ ենք դնում այդ հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունը, քանի որ հանձնաժողովը քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելու, քրեական գործ վարելու լիազորություն չունի, իսկ համապատասխան իրավապահ մարմիններն անկախ չեն»,- ասաց նա:

Արթուր Սառույցը նշեց, որ քաղաքական իշխանության՝ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարն անարդյունավետ է եղել: Նրա խոսքով՝ շատ անգամ պարգևատրվել են նաև մարդիկ, որոնք ապօրինի հարստացել են, սրան զուգահեռ նաև իրավապահ համակարգը կենտրոնացված է ու ոչ անկախ:

«Նման հանձնաժողովներ չեն կարող էական նշանակություն ունենալ, հոգ զուգահեռ պետություն չի ստեղծվելու: Այս հանձնաժողովը հերթական իմիտացիան է»,- եզրափակեց Արթուր Սառույցը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ ծրագրերի համակարգող Դանիել Իոաննիսյանն ասել էր, որ իրենք ևս մտադիր չեն մասնակցել այս մրցույթին:
