ECONOMICS
ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի շրջանակներում մինչեւ 2020 թվականը Հայաստանում կիրականացվի «Հողերի եւ անտառների կայուն կառավարում հյուսիսարեւելյան լեռնային լանդշաֆտների համար» ծրագիրը, որում ընդգրկված են Լոռու եւ Տավուշի մարզի 11 անտառտնտեսություններ եւ 9 հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքներ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է ծրագրի ղեկավար Հովիկ Սայադյանը:
Վերջինիս խոսքով ծրագրի նպատակը անտառկառավարման պլանների վերանայումն է ոչ թե նախկին մոտեցումներով, այլ նոր հավելվածների կիրառությամբ՝ էկոհամակարգային ծառայություններ, ածխաթթու գազի արդյունավետ կլանման ծառայություն, կենսաբազմազանություն եւ անտառկառավարման գործընթացին համայնքի հնարավորին չափ ներգրավվածություն:
Նա նշեց, որ ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է էլեկտրոնային միասնական հարթակի վրա, որը ենթադրում է ինտերակտիվ քարտեզների եւ տվյալների բանկի ստեղծում, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա անտառներում տեղի ունեցող ցանկացած փոփոխությունն արագ արձանագրել էլեկտրոնային հարթակում:
Ծրագրի մյուս մասի նպատակը անտառկառավարման պրակտիկաների ներդրումն է օբյեկտի ընդհանուր՝ 220 հզ. հա-ից 5 հա-ի մակերեսով: Հովիկ Սայադյանը նշեց, որ մասնավորապես, 1990-ականներին անօրինական հատումներից հետո վերաճած անտառն այլեւս որակյալ չէ, ուստի եթե մի կոճղից դուրս են եկել տարբեր շիվեր, ապա անտառը վերականգնելու համար դրանցից թողնվելու են մի քանի կենսունակները:
Մասնագետը ծրագրի իրականացումը կարեւորում է ոչ միայն անտառպահպանության, այեւ բնապահպանական այլ տեսանկյունից. «90-ականներին Օձուն համայնքի վերին հատվածում եղել են աղբյուրներ, որոնց համար ջուրը, փաստորեն, եկել է անտառից: Անտառը մթնոլորտային տեղումները կլանել է, աղբյուրները սնել: Երբ անտառը հատվեց, 90-ականներից հետո աղբյուրները լրիվ ցամաքեցին: Երբ կոճղաշիվային անտառը վերաճել է, աղբյուրները սկսել են թեթեւ աշխատել: Հիմա հույս ունենք, որ մեր աշխատանքներից հետո այդ աղբյուրները լիարժեք կաշխատեն»,- ասաց Հովիկ Սայադյանը:
