ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբից ակնկալվում են թիրախավորված հայտարարություններ՝ ի կանխարգելումն նոր մարդկային կորուստների եւ ի նպաստ տարածաշրջանային կայունության: Այդ մասին ասել է ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, որն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Թիմուր Ուրազաեւին:
ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի եւ Ղազախստանի խորհրդարանների միջեւ հարաբերությունների զարգացման դինամիկան եւ հույս հայտնել, որ իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում հնարավոր կլինի առկա հարաբերություններին հաղորդել նոր որակ եւ արդյունավետություն:
Իր հերթին դեսպան Ուրազաեւը շնորհավորել է Արմեն Աշոտյանին խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության իրականացման գործում կարեւոր դերակատարում եւ պատասխանատվություն ունեցող պաշտոնում ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ եւ հույս հայտնել, որ երկուստեք առավել արդյունավետ գործունեությունը կնպաստի միջխորհրդարանական կապերի, մասնավորապես բարեկամության խմբերի միջեւ համագործակցության ակտիվացմանը:
Զրույցի ընթացքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահը եւ դեսպան Ուրազաեւը անդրադարձել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության, ինչպես նաեւ ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում համագործակցության խնդիրներին եւ ընդհանուր հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերին: Այս համատեքստում քննարկվել են նաեւ տնտեսական, ներդրումային արդյունավետ քաղաքականության իրականացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Հատուկ անդրադարձ է կատարվել քաղաքական ոլորտում համագործակցությանը, որը լավ հիմք է առավել ակտիվ ներդրումային քաղաքականության իրականացման համար:
Կողմերը քննարկել են նաեւ միջխորհրդարանական կազմակերպություններում համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության եւ կայունության խնդիրներին՝ Արմեն Աշոտյանը նշել է, որ տարածաշրջանային մակարդակում գրեթե բոլոր նախագծերի հաջողությունը վտանգված է Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական եւ արկածախնդիր քաղաքականության պատճառով: Այս համատեքստում հանձնաժողովի նախագահն անդրադարձել է հունիսի 16-ին եւ 17-ին Արցախի ու Ադրբեջանի միջեւ շփման գծում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից իրականացված զինադադարի կոպտագույն խախտումներին եւ նշել, որ այս հարցում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբից ակնկալվում են թիրախավորված հայտարարություններ՝ ի կանխարգելումն նոր մարդկային կորուստների եւ ի նպաստ տարածաշրջանային կայունության:
Այս համատեքսում դեսպան Ուրազաեւը նշել է, որ 21-րդ դարում պետք է բացառել հակամարտությունների լուծման ռազմական տարբերակը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաեւ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված «Անալիտիկ խորհուրդ» աշխատանքային խմբի նպատակներին, քննարկել համագործակցության հնարավորությունները:
