Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը այցելել է «Դալմա Մոլ» համալիրի հարևանությամբ գտնվող տարածք, որտեղ նախատեսվում է իրականացնել «Հայկական Գյուղ» ազգագրական թաղամասի կառուցապատման ներդրումային ծրագիրը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է կառավարությունը:

Այս ծրագրով նախատեսվում է զարգացնել զբոսաշրջությունը և Երևանի գրավչությունը։ Սակայն միանգամից առաջանում են հարցեր, որոնք տվյալ դեպքում չունեն պատասխաններ։ 
Սկսենք նրանից, որ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում կան ազգագրական նմանատիպ թանգարաններ կամ ավանդական գյուղական կենցաղը պատկերող կենտրոններ, որոնք սակայն երբեք չեն գտնվում քաղաքի, կամ ավելի շուտ մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում։ Սա փաստենք ու անցնենք առաջ։

Հիմա ստացվել է այնպես, որ մեր հանճարեղ կառավարության մտքով անցել է «Հայկական գյուղ» ազգագրական թաղամասը կառուցապատել Երևանի կենտրոնում։ Սրանով արդեն գաղափարը ձևախեղվում է։ Գյուղը չի ենթարկվում ժամանակակից իշխանության պատկերացրած էլիտար կանոններին։ Ավելին, գյուղը ՝ այն էլ ավանդական, որևէ աղերս չունի ներկայիս «թիթիզ» գործելաոճի հետ։

Մյուս կողմից, երբ որևէ նոր նախագիծ է իրականացվում, ապա ինչու՞ անպայման Երևանում։ Ու՞ր մնաց կառավարության հռչակած համաչափ զարգացման սկզբունքը։ Հայաստանում գյուղեր չկա՞ն, որոնք կարելի է զարգացնել։ Ասեմ ավելի, կան բազմաթիվ գյուղեր, որոնք հենց այդ զարգացման ու զբոսաշրջության կարիքն ունեն։ Թեկուզ դա կլինի Երևանի մոտ, կամ Սյունիքի մարզում, էական չէ։ Էականն այն է, որ կարելի էր վերցնել մեկ միջին վիճակագրական գյուղ, տեղում ապրող իր իրական բնակիչներով և իրականացնել այս նախագիծը։

Սակայն ինչպես միշտ, այս դեպքում ևս, հայաստանյան իշխող էլիտան, Երևանից դուրս Հայաստան չի ճանաչում։
