Կրոնակա՞ն, թե՞ քաղաքական պատերազմ

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեն տեղեկացրել էր, որ հունիսի 16-ին և 17-ին հակառակորդի կողմից մահացու վիրավորումներ ստացած զինվորների գործող հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական ատելության կամ կրոնական մոլեռանդության շարժառիթով:
Այն, որ Ադրբեջան պետության, ադրբեջանցի ազգի ինքնության հիմքում ընկած է հակահայկական ատելությունը, դա մենք գիտենք և մեկ անգամ չէ, որ համոզվել ենք: Ադրբեջանական մամուլը, դասագրքերը, գիտությունը, մանկական գրքերը ողողված են հակահայկականությամբ: Իսկ ներքաղաքական ու տնտեսական խնդիրների դեպքում էլ, իշխանության անտեսանելի ձեռամբ, ադրբեջանական հասարակությունը շեղվում է կրկին դեպի հակահայկականություն:
Առայժմ հայտնի չէ, թե ինչու է հայկական կողմը սահմանային լարվածության վերջին դեպքերը փորձում ներկայացնել կրոնական, ազգային մոլեռանդության տեսքով: Գուցե փորձ է արվում սահմանային լարվածությունները և ադրբեջանական կողմի ՝ հրադադարի խախտումները ներկայացնել ընդհանուր հակահաբեկչական լույսի տակ ՝ միջազգային դաշնակիցներ ձեռք բերելու համար:
Մյուս կողմից, նման գործընթացը հղի է հակառակ վտանգներով ՝ ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտն ու նրա առանձին դրսևորումների հիմքում կրոնական ատելությունը դնելով, ձեռք բերել հակառակորդներ, հատկապես նրանց ճամբարում, ովքեր աշխարհում կրոնական պատերազմների վրա ձեռքեր են տաքացնում:
Ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտն իր բնույթով քաղաքական է: Այն սկսվել է ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից հետո, հետկայսերական փլուզման ընթացքում զուգահեռ ձևավորվող երկու նոր պետությունների միջև տարածքային վեճերի շուրջ: Այն բնականաբար ներառում է նաև ազգային, կրոնական տարրեր: Ինչպես նշեցինք, ադրբեջանական հասարակության ինքնությունը կառուցված է հակահայկականության վրա: Բայց դա ավելի շուտ կոնֆլիկտի արտաքին, դեկորատիվ ու քարոզչական մասն է: Իր հիմքում կոնֆլիկտը քաղաքական է:
Հայաստանյան իշխանությունները հրապարակավ դիրքորոշում չեն հայտնում այն մասին, թե ինչու է որոշվել վերջին դեպքերը ներկայացնել այլ քողի տակ: Չնայած պատճառները մոտավորապես պարզ են: Բայց ինչպես բոլոր հարցերում, այս հարցում ևս մեդալը երկու երես ունի՝ հակահաբեկչական «կոալիցիայից» դաշնակիցներ գտնելուն զուգահեռ, չի բացառվում նաև ճարվեն հակառակորդներ կրոնական պատերազմի ջատագովների ու հովանավորների մեջ:
