Առևտրի կենտրոնի աշխատասենյակից գողացել են 110 գրամ ոսկի

Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու առևտրի կենտրոնի աշխատասենյակներից մեկից ոսկի հափշտակած անձի ինքնությունը։ Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվությ ան և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, գործը վերաբերվում է 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 5-ից հուլիսի 6-ը տեղի ունեցած գողության դեպքին, երբ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը տեխնիկական միջոցների գործադրմամբ բացել է առևտրի կենտրոնի՝ որպես աշխատասենյակ օգտագործվող սենյակներից մեկի պատուհանը, ապօրինի մուտք գործել ներս և հափշտակել 110 գրամ ոսկի՝ քաղաքացուն պատճառելով խոշոր չափի գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է դեպքի վայրում տեղադրված տեսախցիկների տեսաձայնագրության լազերային սկավառակը, որը զննվել է տուժողի մասնակցությամբ։
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ նախաքննության իրականացումն ապահովելու համար միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում տեսագրության մեջ պատկերված տղամարդու ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Ովքեր ճանաչում են լուսանկարներում պատկերված անձին կամ որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, ՀՔԿ-ն խնդրում է հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին կամ ոստիկանության մոտակա բաժին:
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
