ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը ներկայումս քննարկում է կարևոր մի փաստաթուղթ, որով, որպես չափման միավոր, հնարավոր կլինի ձևակերպել վերականգնող, չվերականգնող և անսպառ բնական ռեսուրսները:

«Այստեղ մենք ձևակերպել ենք չափորոշիչները, որ վերականգնվող ռեսուրսների պարագայում չպետք է ավելին օգտագործել և պլանավորել, քան վերականգնողական ունակությունը: Չվերականգնվողի պարագայում հարկավոր է նվազեցնել սպառումը: Կա երկու չափորոշիչ` նվազեցում, որ հնարավոր լինի սերուդների միջև հավասարակաշռությունը պահել, և առաջացած արտանետումը, կամ թափոնը բնությունը պետք է կարողանա համարժեք կլանի և վերափոխի, կամ գոնե անվտանգ պահպանում լինի, որ շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցություն չունենա: Դրա փոխարեն պետք է ուժեղացնենք անսպառ ռեսուրսների օգտագործումը` արևի, քամու էներգիան և այլն»,- ասաց Մինասյանը:
