Հայրենի Լեռնագյուղ համայնքում այսօր վերջին հրաժեշտը տվեցին հունիսի 17-ին հակառակորդի կրակոցից զոհված զինծառայող 20-ամյա Վարդան Սարգսյանին:
Սերժանտ Սարգսյանը հողին հանձնվեց զինվորական կարգով և հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայության համար հետմահու Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի կողմից պարգևատրվեց ԼՂՀ «Արիության համար» մեդալով:
«Վարդանը ծառայել է հայոց բանակում, քաջաբար կատարել իր առջև դրված բոլոր խնդիրները: Նա հերոս էր, իսկ հերոսները չեն ընկնում. հավերժ փա՛ռք մարտիրոսացած հերոսին»,- հայտարարեց զոհված զինծառայողի հրամանատարի տեղակալը:
Համագյուղացիները պատմեցին, թե Վարդանը երաժիշտ էր, սովորել էր Ռոմանոս Մելիքյանի անվան պետական երաժշտական քոլեջում, ուսումը կիսատ էր թողել և զորակոչվել բանակ:
«Պետք է վերադառնար, ցերեկը հոր հետ էր խոսել, ասել էին, որ վերադարձի առիթով տղայի համար մեքենա են գնել և նշում էին, իսկ գիշերն արդեն այդ լուրը ստացել են»,-ասաց հարևաններից մեկը:
Գյուղի դպրոցի տնօրեն Էդգար Բաղդասարյանը պատմեց, որ նա չափազանց խելոք էր, բարի ու ժպտերես:
«Գյուղի ուրախությունն էր, որտեղ հավաքվեին, ինչ-որ խնջույք լիներ՝ բանակ ճանապարհել, կնունք, քեֆ, իրան կանչում էին, որ իր զուռնայով ուրախ մթնոլորտն ապահովեր: Ափսոսում եմ, որովհետև ոչ միայն հայրը՝ Ծովակը, որդեզուրկ դարձավ, այլ նաև ես՝ որպես Վարդանի ուսուցիչ»,-ասաց Վարդանի ուսուցիչը:
Էդգար Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ Վարդանը դեռ ուսանող ժամանակ հոր հետ կրում էր աշխատանքի բեռը՝ ուսման վարձը վճարելու համար:
«Աշխատասեր էր, պատասխանատվությունը կրում էր հավասար հոր հետ, գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներին մասնակցում, որ իր ուսման վարձը կարողանար փակել»,-ասաց նա:
Հիշեցենք, որ հունիսի 17-ի առավոտյան ադրբեջանական կողմը հյուսիսային ուղղությամբ դիմել էր հերթական սադրանքի, որի հետևանքով ժամը 18:05-ին մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում էր ստացել Վարդան Սարգսյանը:
