«Մենք խստապահանջ չենք մոդայիկ տենդենցներին եւ իհարկե դրանց չենք հետեւում»,-Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում խոսելով նորաձեւոթյան մարտահրավերների ու դրանց ընկալման մասին նման տեսակետ հայտնեց հոգեբան Ռուբեն Պողոսյանը.«Խոսքը գնում է եւ տղամարդկանց եւ կանանց մասին: Պատճառը մեկն է մենք գտնվում ենք Եվրոպայի եւ Արեւելքի խաչմերուկի վրա: Օրինակ ռուսները շատ արագ ընդօրինակում են նորաձեւության թրենդները: Չենք կարող ասել, որ հայերը չեն ընդօրինակում իհարկե, ըդնօրինակում են, բայց դա չեն պահպանում, այստեղ եւ սոցիալական եւ հոգեբանական հարց կա: Հայերն այդ հարցում շատ ազատամիտ են»,-ասաց հոգեբանը:

«Մարտահրավերները դեռ մի կողմ, կարեւոր է դրանց ընկալումը խոսքը գնում է հատկապես տարիքով կանանց մասին.
Որոշ տարիքում կանանց մոտ առաջանում է ծերանալու խուճապի սինդրոմը, այդ ժամանակ կանայք փորձում են աղջկական հագուստներ կրել: Մեծ ծաղիկներով հագուստ են հագնում, իրենց տարիքին ոչ սազական հարդարում են մազերը: Նրանք կարծես անընդհատ փնտրտուքների մեջ են լինում: Նման կանայք ծանր են տանում ծերությունը ու ուզում են երիտասարդանալ: Նրանց համար ծեր մարմինն անընդունելի է դառնում, այդ իսկ պատճառով նրանք դիմում են տարբեր միջոցների, էլ ավելի երիտասարդ երեւալու համար»:
 
Մասնագետը հավաստիացնում է երիտասարդ երեւալու համար նախ պետք է նման հոգեվիճակ ունենալ, ավելորդ ձեւականությունները կարող են հասարակության լայն շերտերի մոտ ճիշտ հակառակ էֆեկտն ունենալ:
