Ցանկացած ամառային դիետա շատ միրգ ու բանջարեղեն է ներառում: Եթե նույնիսկ հատուկ սննդակարգ չմշակեք, շոգին մարդկանց մեծ մասը հեշտությամբ եւ արագորեն կորցնում է քաշը: Պատճառները պարզ են. ախորժակի նվազում, շարժողական ակտիվություն, բազմաթիվ գործեր մաքուր օդին՝ ամառանոցային աշխատանքներից մինչեւ երկարատեւ զբոսանքները:

Եվ այսպես, ներկայացնում ենք ամառային դիետա:

Տեւողությունը՝ 2 շաբաթ: Կանոնները. բացի թույլատրված դիետիկ ուտեստներից, կարելի է 2 բաժակ ցանկացած մրգային կամ բանջարեղենային ֆրեշ խմել՝ առանց շաքարավազի, 4-5 բաժակ կանաչ թեյ, 2 լիտր ջուր: Եթե տառապում եք քաղցից, խմեք: Պետք չէ ավելացնել չափաբաժինները կամ մեկ անգամ ավելի ուտել:

Ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն. զբոսանք կամ լող նրանց համար, ովքեր կանոնավոր չեն մարզվում, եւ կանոնավոր մարզասրահ այցելողների համար սովորական մարզանք, բայց 30-40% պակաս ակտիվությամբ: 
Նպատակահարմար է ուժային մարզումները յոգայով փոխարինել, այսինքն՝ դիետան ծրագրել մարզումներից հանգստանալու ժամանակաշրջանում: 
Ամբողջ դիետայի ընթացքում հարկավոր է հրաժարվել ալկոհոլից, սուրճից եւ աղից:

Ճաշացանկ

Նախաճաշ՝ 300 գրամ մրգային աղցան,
Ճաշ՝ 300 գրամ բանջարեղենային աղցան,
Ընթրիք՝ 300 գրամ բանջարեղենային աղցան:

Լրացում. դիետայի երկրորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ճաշին կամ ընթրիքին ավելանում են 100-150 գրամ միս կամ ձուկ: Այս դիետայի մեկ այլ տարբերակ կա, որի դեպքում քնելուց առաջ հարկավոր է անպայման մեկ բաժակ կեֆիր կամ ցանկացած այլ կաթնաթթվային ըմպելիք խմել:
