Ռոբերտ Մելքոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հասկացանք դժվար է կյանքը, բարդ, հակասական, հաճախ նաև անտանելի ու զզվելի, սակայն պետք չէ քաղաքացիներին աստիճանաբար ընտելացնել անդրշիրիմյան կյանքին և նրա «բարեմասնություններին»:
Բանն այն է, որ գնալով շատանում են մայրաքաղաքի բնակելի՝ մի քանի բազմաբնակարան շենքերի բակերում գործող սգո սրահների քանակությունը: Պատկերացրեք այդ տարածքների ծերերին, թոշակառուներին, պապիկ-տատիկներին, ծնողներին մանկահասակ երեխաների հետ զբոսնելիս՝ սգո սայլերի, պսակների և սգացողների հարևանությամբ…
Հոգեբանական տհաճ իրավիճակ և անհարմարություններ…
Իսկ ի՞նչ կլինի, որ այդ սրահներին գործունեության թույլտվություն տրվի հենց այն թույլատրողների շենքերի բակերում, իրենց տների կողքին, իրենց աչքի առաջ…Եվ նաև կհսկեն նրանց գործունեությունը, իրենց չեն խաբի, չեն «քցի», կշփվեն «անդրշիրիմյան» ուժերի հետ՝ անձամբ կճանաչեն Հադեսին, ցերբերներին, մարդագայլերին, հիմեր-հրեշներին՝ կիսաթռչուն կամ կիսավիշապ…
Իսկ եթե ավելի լուրջ, ապա եկեղեցին ի՞նչ է մտածում, նաև եկեղեցիներն ինչու՞ մատչելի չեն: Չէ՞ որ հնուց՝ որքան տեղյակ եմ, դիակները տեղադրվել են եկեղեցիներում, որտեղից էլ կատարվել են բոլոր արարողությունները, այնտեղից էլ հուղարկավորվել:
Սգո սրահներ էլ են պետք, սակայն դրանք պետք է կառուցել հնարավորության դեպքում հենց եկեղեցիների մոտ, գերեզմանոցներին հարող, անմարդաբնակ ծայրամասերում, ամայի, ոչ բնակելի հատվածներում՝ զուգակցելով հոգեհանգստի, կրոնական ծեսի և հուղարկավորման բոլոր ծառայություններով:
Սա իմ կարծիքով կարևոր խնդիր է, որը շահագրգիռ կազմակերպությունների կողմից ճշգրտման, կանոնակարգման և քննարկման կարիք ունի:
