Սիրիայի «հողում» բոլոր գործողությունները պետք Է համաձայնեցվեն Դամասկոսի հետ. Լավրով

Բոլոր երկրները պարտավոր են հարգել Սիրիայի ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, սիրիական «հողում» բոլոր գործողությունները համաձայնեցնել Դամասկոսի հետ: Այդ մասին հունիսի 19-ին հայտարարել Է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրո! վը:
«Ինչ վերաբերում Է ՍԱՀ-ի «հողում տեղի ունեցողին, մենք ելնում ենք այն բանից, որ անհրաժեշտ Է հարգել Սիրիայի ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը,- նշել Է նախարարը:- Ուստի սիրիական «հողում» բոլոր գործողությունները, իսկ այնտեղ շատ են մասնակիցները, այդ թվում նրանք, ովքեր ռազմական գործողություններ են իրականացնում, պետք Է համաձայնեցվեն Դամասկոսի հետ»:
Լավրովի խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան կոչ Է անում Վաշինգտոնին՝ աշխատանքի փոխհամաձայնեցվածություն ապահովել Սիրիայում եւ հարգել երկրի ինքնիշխանությունը: «Մենք կոչ են անում Միացյալ Նահանգներին եւ բոլոր մյուսներին, որոնք իրենց ուժերն ու իրենց խորհրդականներն ունեն Սիրիայի հողում, ապահովել մեր աշխատանքի փոխհամաձայնեցվածությունը,- ասել Է նախարարը:- ԱպաԷսկալացման գոտիները համատեղ առաջ ընթանալու հնարավոր տարբերակներից մեկն են»:
«Հրավիրում են բոլորին՝ խուսափել միակողմանի գործողություններից, հարգել Սիրիայի ինքնիշխանությունը եւ ներգրավվել մեր ընդհանուր աշխատանքում, որը համաձայնեցված Է ՍԱՀ-ի կառավարության հետ»,- հավելել Է Լավրովը: Ավելի վաղ Սիրիայի կառավարությունը հայտնել Է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորած կոալիցիայի ուժերը Սիրիայի ռազմաօդային ուժերի ինքնաթիռ են խփել: Նշվում Է, որ միջադեպը տեղի Է ունեցել Ռաքայի նահանգի Էս Սաուրա քաղաքից ոչ հեռու:
Դամասկոսը հայտարարել Է, որ ինքնաթիռը մարտական առաջադրանք Էր կատարում «Իսլամական պետություն» ծայրահեղական խմբավորման դեմ: Սիրիայի հայտարարության մեջ ասված Է, որ ինքնաթիռի ոչնչացումը կարող Է վտանգավոր հետեւանքներ ունենալ ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի գործում:
Իրենց հերթին ամերիկացի զինվորականները պնդում են, որ սիրիական ռազմական ինքնաթիռը ռումբեր Է նետել ապստամբների ջոկատից ոչ հեռու, որոնց աջակցում Է Ամերիկան, ինչից հետո խփվել Է ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմաօդային ուժերի ինքնաթիռի կողմից, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
