Հայաստանում մրցույթ են հայտարարել կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկվելու համար

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կոռուպցիայի  դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների համար հատկացված թափուր 3 տեղերը (2-ը գործարար ոլորտի հասարակական կազմակերպություն) համալրելու նպատակով  հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հայտերը  կարող են ներկայացվել  ՀՀ, քաղաք Երևան, 0010, Հանրապետության հրապարակ, Վ.Սարգսյան 3/8 հասցեով կամ ուղարկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության  արդարադատության նախարարության էլեկտրոնային հասցեին՝ [email protected]: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

  1. Հայտ կարող են ներկայացնելՀայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության2015 թվականի  փետրվարի 19-ի N 165-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված  այն հասարակական կազմակերպությունները, որոնք բավարարում են հետևյալ պահանջները՝

1) ունեն հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտի՝ վերջին հինգ տարվա ընթացքում առնվազն երեք տարվա գործունեության փորձ.

2) որոնց կանոնադրությամբ ամրագրված է հակակոռուպցիոն գործունեությամբ զբաղվելը.

3) ունեն միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտում համագործակցության փորձ.

4) կներկայացնեն միջազգային կառույցների հետ և (կամ) սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտին վերաբերող առնվազն երկու իրականացված ծրագրի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն.

5) կներկայացնեն միջազգային կառույցների հետ իրականացված ծրագրերի արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ գործընկեր կազմակերպության դրական եզրակացություն (գնահատական):

  1. Հասարակական կազմակերպությունը հայտին կից ներկայացնում է այն փաստաթղթերը (բնօրինակ և պատճեն), որոնք փաստում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ի N 165-Ն որոշման N 2 հավելվածի 7-րդ կետով ամրագրված պահանջներին (չափանիշներ) հասարակական կազմակերպության համապատասխանությունը:
  2. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներգրավման նպատակով անցկացվող մրցույթի և ռոտացիայի կարգն իրականացվում էՀայաստանի Հանրապետության  վարչապետի  2015 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ի  300-ն որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգով: 

Հայտերն (http://moj.am/storage/uploads/Hayt_korupcia.pdf ) ընդունվում են  ընթացիկ տարվա հունիսի 19 -ից մինչև հունիսի 30-ը, ներառյալ՝ աշխատանքային ժամերին:
