Սուրճի օրական ամենաճիշտ չափաբաժինը, որը չի վնասի առողջությանը

Գոյություն ունեն բազմաթիվ տեսակետներ՝ օրվա ընթացքում սուրճի ճիշտ չափաբաժնի մասին, որը չի վնասի օրգանիզմին ու առողջությանը: Ձեր ուշադությանն ենք ներկայացնում մի քանի հետաքրքիր փաստ, որոնք կտան այս հարցի պատասխանը:  

1.      Մարդկանց մեծամասնությունը կարող է առանց օրգանիզմին ու առողջությանը վնասելու օրական 450 մգ կոֆեին օգտագործել: Մի բաժակ թեյում պարունակվում է 50 մգ կոֆեին, իսկ եփվող ու լուծվող սուրճի մեկ բաժակում՝ 100 մգ.:

2.      Հղիների համար կոֆեինի օրական նորման 200 մգ-ն է:

3.      Եթե ձեր օգտագործած կոֆեինի օրական չափաբաժինը չի գերազանցում սահմանված նորման, ապա ձեզ չի սպառնում քաղցկեղի, շաքարային դիաբետի, բարձր ճնշման ու սրտի խնդիրների առաջացման հավանականության բարձրացումը:

4.      Կա մի ենթադրություն, համաձայն որի՝ կոֆեինը նպաստում  է միգրենի և ստամոքսի խանգարումների առաջացմանը: Հնարավոր է, որ սա պայմանավորված լինի ոչ միայն կոֆեինի հանդեպ օրգանիզմի անհանդուրժողականությամբ: Այս դեպքում հարկավոր է կարճ ժամանակով (առնվազն մեկ շաբաթ) բացառել սուրճի օգտագործումը և հետևել օրգանիզմի արձագանքին: Եթե ախտանշաններն անհետանան, ապա խնդիրը կոֆեինի մեջ էր, իսկ եթե ոչ, ապա կարելի է շարունակել վայելել համեղ սուրճն ու թեյը:

5.      Սակայն հարկավոր է շատ ուշադիր լինել ալկոհոլ օգտագործելիս, քանի որ ալկոհոլի հետ սուրճը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել: Այս դեպքում սուրճը միայն ավելի է ուժեղացնում օրգանիզմի թունավորումը:
