Ներկայացնում ենք 6 արդյունավետ միջոց, որոնք կօգնեն ընդմիշտ ազատվել ոտքերի քրտնոտությունից:
1. Աղաջուր: Համարվում է, որ աղը նվազեցնում է տհաճ հոտ առաջացնող բակտերիաների քանակը: 0,5-1 բաժակ աղ լուծեք տաք ջրում և ոտքերի վաննա արեք 2 րոպե առնվազն 2 շաբաթ շարունակ:
2. Թեյ: Թեյի 2 փաթեթ դրեք կես լիտր ջրի մեջ և եռացրեք 15 րոպե: Հետո ավելացրեք 1 լ սառը ջուր և ոտքերը դրեք խառնուրդի մեջ 30 րոպեով: Կրկնեք ամեն օր մեկ շաբաթ:
3. Քացախ: Քացախը խառնեք ջրին 1:2 համամասնությամբ և ոտքերն այդ լուծույթի մեջ պահեք կես ժամ ամեն օր մեկ շաբաթ:
4. Գուլպաներ: Միայն բնական նյութերից գուլպաներ գնեք, օրինակ՝ բամբակյա: Օգտակար է նաև օրվա ընթացքում գուլպաները փոխելը:
5. Փոշի: Կարելի է ոտնաթաթերին եգիպտացորենի օսլա ցանել. այն լավ է ներծծում խոնավությունը:
6. Սփրեյ: «Լիզոլ» հիգիենիկ սփրեյը ոտքերի քրտնոտության դեմ լավ միջոց է: Երեկոյից դրանով մշակեք ոտնաթաթերը, նաև գուլպաներն ու կոշիկը։
