Նախարար․ Սկսվել են բանակցություններ ավտոկոնցեռնների հետ՝ ամբողջ Հայաստանի համար ավտոբուսների ցանցի մասին

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը արդեն սկսել է բանակցություններ խոշոր ավտոկոնցեռնների հետ՝ ամբողջ Հայաստանի տարածքում ավտոբուսային երթուղիների ցանցի համար ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի թղթակցին հայտնել է Հայաստանի տրանսպորտի, կապի ու տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը։ Նախարարությունը ընկերություններին կառաջարկի ստեղծել խոշոր ավտոպարկ ու այն կենտրոնացված սպասարկել։ Մասշտաբի հաշվին ավելի էժան կստացվի, քան եթե յուրաքանչյուր փոխադրող, հիմիկվա նման, գնի 5-10-ական ավտոբուս, իսկ հետո՝ նաեւ քիչ- քիչ ավտոպահեստամասեր։

Նշենք, որ հունիսի 8-ին նախարարը ընդւոնել է Mercedes Benz-ի ներկայացուցիչներին, ծրագրված են բանակցություններ նաեւ այլ ընկերությունների հետ։ Նման մեծ ծավալների դեպքում կարելի է պայմանավորվել շահավետ լիզինգի մասին։

Իսկ երբ ավտոպարկը ստեղծվի՝ միասնական ցանցի կառավարման համար կհրավիրեն գործող մասնավոր փոխադրողներին։

Ավտոբուսների գնումների համար նախարարությունը կդիմի միջազգային վարկատուներին։

«Մենք դեռ նոր ենք սկսել բանակցությունները ու պատրաստի առաջարկներ մեքենաների թվի ու ընդհանուր նախահաշվի վերաբերյալ, մեզ չեն ներկայացրել։ Բայց մենք կխոսենք մի քանի ընկերությունների հետ, որպեսզի ընտրություն կատարենք»,- հայտնել է Մարտիրոսյանը։

Նշենք, որ ապրիլի սկզբին Հայաստանի վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանձնարարել էր ստեղծել միասնական տրանսպորտային ցանց երկրի համար, որպեսզի եւ բարելավի ներկա հաղորդակցությունը, եւ ցանցը հասնի այնտեղ, որտեղ դեռ հասարակական տրանսպորտ չկա (նման համայնքներ Հայաստանում 97-ն են)։
